My husband is being treated by Caremark after a massive stroke he has leg amputation and little movement in his arms, hands and legs and has to be moved by hoist, his treatment is fist class, with much are from all the staff. Couldn't be looked after better by any other agency.

My company has worked closely with Caremark in the past, we find them one of the very best care services in this area. I was very impressed with the standard of care the girls delivered - they are fantastic care staff. If you need a care service I would always recommend this company.

We feel that Mum is getting the care that she needs. The carers and management are approachable. We feel that Mum has continuous carers making her feel safe and she has built up a rapport with her carers.

I can only say they are what they say, which is care. It means such a lot to older people. They are prompt and have time to talk and cannot do enough to help. We had a different agency when Bill first came home from hospital, time didn't mean a thing to them, only the time when they should have come. But that is in the past thanks to Caremark.

My wife and I have been caring for Vera approx 10 years, since her husband died, over that period of time Vera's health has deteriorated. Having no other family only my wife Betty (sister to Vera). It was just a natural family thing to continue care for her. Sadly my wife passed away last year and since then I have continued caring for Vera and will continue to do so for as long as it is possible with the help of Vera's friend and neighbour, not forgetting the outstanding help and care provided by Caremark and Norfolk county council services.

My husband is very severely disabled but has a very sharp mind and intellect. We have used a few care companies in the past to provide company rather than personal care whilst I take a break. Caremark are by far the best as they provide intelligent and very caring people who my husband feels safe with and can have a laugh with. I have no worries about leaving him with any Caremark staff.

Very reliable, very caring and always work hard. They encourage Mum to eat and drink. Lunch and snacks are prepared when required. Some carers have encouraged Mum to restart hobbies which is brilliant.

The carers are lovely and really concerned about my mother's welfare. They always ring me if they think there is something wrong. Medication is given and noted always and the office is in regular contact too. Caremark are a great organisation.

My father has dementia and needs 24 hour care, he cannot be left alone. Caremark have been absolutely reliable and have set my mind at rest. If a particular carer cannot attend, a replacement is invariably arranged. The carers themselves keep my father's home immaculate - even more so than when my house proud mother was alive - and he himself is always clean, fresh and smart, despite the fact that he is incontinent. They cook delicious meals for him. One carer is a qualified nurse, and she spotted in good time that he had a deep vein thrombosis. He is treated by his carers as if he were their own father or grandfather.

We have been with Caremark for 18 months and the level of care has been excellent. The carers are very diligent and do the extra little things that make them such a good company to be with. They are also flexible and very accommodating when unexpected things happen.

Caremark (Barnsley) have given excellent care to our sister throughout a very difficult year. Due to her changing condition, they have been very flexible and adjusted her care and hours as the necessity arose. Also when special problems have arisen they have assisted us beyond the call of duty. The staff and management have shown great kindness to our sister and also patience. She trusts them and thinks of them as friends. Management chose carers who are compatible with her personality, and their experience and advice has been invaluable.

The care workers are very caring and dedicated, pleasant girls. The have an excellent relationship with my husband and myself. They appear to find no task to daunting and tackle the most personal care without any signs of embarrassment. I have found both caring and management staff very helpful and easy to talk too and eager to satisfy my requirements.

I have always found the service provided OK. Some carers are better than others, but I always tell them face to face if I'm not happy with them. I have only contacted the office on one occasion to complain.

The field care supervisor plans personal care package in total awareness of client's needs and is reviewed every 6 weeks. The supervisor also attends client's home for first visit of each carer and this gives a positive start, promotes positive relationships between carer and client and a building block for future visits. Carers log is in considerable detail for each visit. Mum's carers are amazing. Mum has been a different person since she has had their support. She has a sense of fun, and a great enjoyment of daily life.

We have always found the agency to be punctual, efficient, caring to both the client and their families. All the carers that we have had have been friendly and kind. The agency have always tried very hard to fill in shifts in case of emergency.

When my husband came out of hospital I was told he would need a care worker. One was found for us, when they started they came at all different times and a different one each day. Our daughter rang the hospital and told them what was happening and then we had Caremark. Everything was so much better and their name Care suits all of their staff. We see the same one unless she is off, but the ones we have seen then have been on time and very good.

My mum received excellent quality care with the same member of staff at all times. The staff were very honest, punctual, reliable and trustworthy, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The management was always contactable and always there to listen if I had any concerns about my mom. Highly recommended.

From the moment the manager of Caremark Wakefield came I felt reassured I was making the right decision for my mother who has Alzheimers. She listened to what I had to say and said she could send in carers to suit my mother. The carers who visit are fantastic ladies and my mother looks forward to their visits. The reports are informative and like the carers very professional in every way. To me they are my life saver and to my mother her angels. I cannot thank them enough, they care with love.

Efficient, professional care at all levels. Management contactable at all times. Precise needs of client catered for by reliable, trustworthy and caring team of workers. As the client, my mother has only used this agency we have no comparisons to award the outstanding category, but hearing about the quality of care provided by other companies Caremark, certainly in my opinion, out shines many of these.

Always arrives as if she is happy to come and always seems sure that she is in the right job (Samantha). Unlike previous agency's rep never critcises facilities or e.g quality of soap! Always treats my very sensitive skin with great care. Never grumpy (e.g about the bad weather). Ready to chuckle about my attempts to amuse. A good listener and does not gossip. Never discouraging.

My dad at 82 has just recently started to need care I started a package off at 3 times a week but then had to extend it to 7 times as he has had a small stroke. Caremark are very flexible and put my new package in with just a phone call. He now looks forward to his visits from his carers whom he has got to know as he has the same carers every time. They are very good with him and the quality of care is excellent.

Caremark was chosen as they were new to her area and they were the cheapest - mum needed minimum help. The service received was excellent and the carers provided social interaction as well as helping her. They went above and beyond their duty. My mum was very fond of her regular carers. The admin staff always responded promptly to any queries. So, yes, my mother and I would strongly recommend Caremark.
