I have seen in the last year the care and dedication a member of your staff (Chantelle Parkinson) has bestowed on Mrs Rush. She performs her duty in a most efficient and caring manor leaving Mrs Rush feeling extremely comfortable and confident that all will be looked after according to her wishes. She should be highly complimented on her excellent work.
