My Dad has always been very independent and wanted to come out of hospital to spend the rest of his days at home. I was concerned that he would not accept strangers in his home but the wonderful team he has go above and beyond to keep him clean, comfortable and safe. Most importantly, they listen to him and make changes according to his wishes. This has helped him to maintain his dignity and retain a little control over his life despite his terminal illness. So a BIG THANK YOU to the Whitby team, you are awesome!

My mother, who lives on her own, is 95 and is being cared for, twice a day, by Mears carers. As a family we are delighted with their conscientious and cheerful care. As well as care for her many physical needs they also help her maintain a positive attitude. Whenever we have needed to be in touch with the staff at Mears office we have always been impressed with their desire to be as helpful as possible. We could ask no more.
