Using this agency to help with the care of my mother in the capacity of transport to and from the hospital and other appointments, shopping and other related activities have relieved the great pressure on me, enabling me to arrange my days accordingly.

Without the use of Home Instead, I would certainly have had to give up my own work and probably my mother would not be able to live independently. I am so grateful for their help and would have no hesitation in recommending the brilliant staff, who never let me down. Well done to all.

I am very satisfied with my carers from Riccall Care. I am the sole carer for my husband and could not manage on my own, they are very friendly and always talk to my husband when they look after him.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and I admire what they do for my husband.

If Home Instead (Wavetree S Liverpool) featured on Trip Advisor it would, without doubt, feature as the top care provider in Liverpool.

Mum formally used Home Instead back in September, prior to being admitted to Hospital. On discharge last week Mum was offered a free 5-week care package from another care provider.
After 2 days it was clear that the care offered was wholly inadequate. We recontacted Home Instead and the assistant care manager has coordinated, within a couple of days, a full care package and Mum is now back receiving the care she deserves. What greater testimony is there than people proffering to pay rather than get care for free.

The staff and care provided are outstanding with carers arriving on time, every time. This company provides a unique tailored service
which is flexible and accommodating.
I'm not looking forward to old age but when the time comes Home Instead will, without doubt, be my service provider.

I cannot praise the personal services of Everycare (Central Surrey) enough. My parents found themselves in need of care approximately seven months ago. We were anxious about how they would receive carers. From the outset, however, the carers' expertise and kind attitude allayed our concerns. My husband and I live abroad and Everycare (Central Surrey) enables us to feel confident that my parents are well cared for and happy. Everycare's service includes the monitoring and adjustment of my parents' care requirements. There is also on-going communication between the carers and myself, which is very reassuring.

We use this agency for personal care for my 91-year-old mother who has continence and mobility problems. We appreciate the continuity of care as we always have the same two carers who are able to come at a time which suits us. The full hour that they spend each visit means that there is plenty of time to do all that is needed without rushing. The staff are friendly, helpful and treat my mother with kindness and respect.

Initially unsure, my cousin (89) was quickly chatting and laughing with the SHS director at the assessment. He matched her well with a lady and a gentleman (at separate times) whom she has found easy to talk to and laugh with, plus she has enjoyed going out of the house, being driven to a country pub etc for lunch and relaxing company. Time and duration of the visits fit her stamina levels and she relaxes because all is arranged for her. The visits give my cousin a buzz, give her lovely experiences to think about when she is on her own, keep her used to meeting and chatting socially - thus avoiding isolation and loneliness - and she has some fun! We pay for the Seniors' time as well any travel costs but it is worth every penny. Flexible in what they offer and in changing arrangements, prompt to respond to queries by phone or email, SHS gear their services to the individual client's changing needs. I am very happy to see my cousin so happy and highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors.

Home Instead have been supportive and accommodating from the first meeting. They took care to match carers to the client, monitored them and took detailed notes to enable them to get to know the client as soon as possible.
The manager checks regularly to ensure that we are happy with the service and office staff are friendly when I need to ring them.

Care In Your Home providers carers for my mother for over 4 years as her physical and mental health deteriorated due to dementia. They were carers in the true sense of the word, I felt they really did care for my mother. Without them, we would never have been able to keep my mother at home. They made a difference by providing all the care, whether it was washing, dressing or feeding with warmth and a smile, talking to her, making her laugh, bringing the sunshine into the house. Now they care for my father. I live a long way from my parents and know that I can place complete trust in the ladies to do the best for my father and inform me immediately of any issues.

As full-time carer for my mother who had Alzheimer's and mobility problems, the help I received from Home Instead enabled me to cope with the stress involved. Home Instead provided a team of caregivers who were very well trained and provided continuity of care. When I left Mum in their care, I did so knowing that she would be treated with kindness and respect and would receive excellent care. I felt that the caregivers genuinely cared for Mum and me and that looking after Mum was more than just a job for them. During the last few months of her life, Mum needed a high level of care which was consistently provided by Home Instead caregivers. Thanks to them I was able to continue caring for Muma t home which was what I wanted and I will always be grateful to them for that. Indeed, when Mum died three months ago the care team came to the funeral as did the owner and deputy line manager. I was also very impressed by the owner who provided a high-quality service and cared about his staff and clients. For him, this is much more than a business.

A very flexible and friendly service. The people at Seniors are very experienced in dealing with the needs of the people they look after. My Mother-in-law started off with companionship care and she really enjoys the company of the Seniors team. More recently, she has needed additional help with appointments, shopping, remembering to take medication and simple tasks around the home etc. Nothing is too much trouble for the team.
My Mother-in-law has been taken to visit many local places of interest to "get out of the house" which has been very enjoyable.

I am kept updated with activities and events via the team as I do not live locally. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone with elderly relatives.

We engaged a Home Instead carer early in 2016 to visit my mother at home a couple of times a week for social contact, outings and light housework. Mummy had been diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2014 and increasing dementia was making it difficult for her to manage her home. We met the Home Instead manager and were impressed by how she wanted to know mummy as a person - her interests, lifestyle and likes/dislikes. She found a super carer with whom mummy quickly built up a rapport.

In the summer of 2016, mummy was hospitalised for an infection causing a deterioration in her mental capacity so she could no longer safely live at home; her Home Instead carer visited her in hospital in her own unpaid time. We were impressed and organised with Home Instead for the carer to visit mummy weekly at the care home. She sets up FaceTime so mummy gets to see our faces; she takes mummy out, reads to her and takes an interest in her wellbeing. I live 5 hrs away - this weekly update is invaluable.

For the past year, my elderly mother has received care, twice daily, from a dedicated team at Home Instead Senior Care (South Devon). This support has enabled her to continue living independently and safely in her own home. She receives assistance with physical care, light housework, laundry, food shopping, preparation of meals and supervision with medications. Home Instead Senior Care (South Devon) also arrange all necessary GP/pharmacy liaison on behalf of my mother as I live abroad. My mother is treated respectfully and with kindness and likes the continuity of care by her 3 dedicated carers. Home Instead Senior Care (South Devon) keep me updated by text and emails and regularly review the quality of service provided and the satisfaction of the clients. Overall, I have found the Home Instead Senior Care (South Devon) to be a reliable and professionally run organisation which we can trust to provide high-quality care and support for my mother. I would whole-heartedly recommend Home Instead Senior Care (South Devon) to others.

Initially, we were concerned when allocated the above agency for SHS - end of life for dad, as it was new and had not been CQC assessed. However, our concerns were unjustified, as at all times they were professional - both management and staff. They were kind and treated dad at all times with respect and dignity. They often went beyond and exceeded their requirements in time. No situation ever seemed too much for them. The Owner is very hands on and often got involved practically. They were a great support when dad passed away. We could not of managed without them.

We engaged the services of Home Instead in August 2009 to help care for our Mum who was shortly thereafter diagnosed with Alzheimer's, gradually increasing the hours required until she passed away in December 2016.

Throughout this time the personal care and companionship provided by the caregivers was exceptional and of the very best quality. They were always kind, caring and most considerate and helped to give our Mum the best possible quality of life as her illness progressed. In fact, they gave her a new lease of life, particularly in the early years, taking her out for afternoon tea, a forget me not cafe and to singing for the brain events etc. We were very fortunate to have one gifted carer who worked with our Mum throughout this time and a number of others who worked with her for many years. This was so important and really helped to build the carer/client relationship.

I would have no hesitation at all and would heartily recommend Home Instead York to anyone thinking of using their services.

My mother suffered a stroke in June 2015. She left hospital in a wheelchair and with restricted movement of her left side. My parents were in their 90s and my father's health began to deteriorate early last year. Audley Homecare was asked to provide two visiting carers four times a day, then a live-in carer and visiting carer and sometimes a third carer at night. The staff were caring, most cheerful and friendly banter with my parents. The live-in carers were companions to my mother. After my father died my mother eventually decided to go into a care home. In summary, Audley Homecare provided a reliable, caring and where necessary a flexible service. They responded quickly to requests and kept the family fully involved and informed about all issues.

My husband has dementia and Eden Care come in every morning to wash, shave and dress him. the carers are cheerful, treat my husband with dignity and have been punctual. Having Eden Care come in has been a huge relief and I am not so stressed and upset. The day gets off to a better start and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My husband wouldn't get up out of bed for me but is happy to get up when the carers arrive. They have been a God-send to me.

I am the carer for my husband who has PD, with poor balance and speech. The support I needed was respite care for a few hours per week. On making an initial enquiry to LifeCare about the services they provide, an appointment was made to discuss our requirements. It was evident from this meeting that they knew exactly what was required and that they could provide it.
My husband now has a very experienced caregiver and I can leave home for a few hours knowing that he is in safe hands.
I would highly recommend LifeCare to anyone who is tired of making calls to agencies who arrange to call you or visit you and don't turn up!!!! This does not happen with LifeCare and every member of staff that I've dealt with has been professional and friendly.
