I would definitely recommend Care UK as a good agency. The level of care they provide is second to none. I have some very nice carers and they are always very efficient and carry out their duties to my exact requirements. They are always courteous and discreet and if I am not happy with anything I can tell them.

Sarah has such a bright and cheerful personality, we enjoy her visit each week (very willing). We understand she has to work with restrictions laid down by the company and health and safety.

Always have the same carers mornings and evenings and have a good relationship between carer and client. Being able to trust the carer is vitally important especially as a carer is going into an elderly persons home and having full use of it.
