I cannot speak too highly of all aspects of the care my husband received; always on time, wonderful care and the same carers that he knew and felt extremely comfortable with. The dignity shown is also a very important point as he was never made to feel as if he was just a job to be done. They were so caring and thoughtful to his needs, which is very important. Also they were a pleasure to have in the house and the fun and laughter made my husband's day.

Vicky and her team are amazing. nothing was too much trouble for them. They were with my Mum and Dad for only a few short months but in that time they all became part of the family. the dedication of the whole team was excellent.

Mum was living with me and we needed help to care for her when I was at work. Broomfield Care filled all our requirements of care and were so very good with mum. I always felt comfortable leaving her with them. We were able to say that we wanted as few new faces as possible caring for mum and over a period of 5 months we had 3 extremely competent, kind and lovely carers. Definitely made mums last months easier.

The staff are very reliable, polite and friendly. They are quick to understand what they have to do and are pretty thorough. The management spend plenty of time over assessment and are happy to discuss changes. Everyone working at Broomfield Care is punctual and cheerful. We look forward to visits. There always seems to be a few minutes at the end to do any small extra things. My wife and I are sure we are being given outstanding value for money.

Broomfield have been helping me for over two years and have been brilliant. Vicky and her team create a very personal atmosphere of support and encouragement which I haven't found at other agencies. My needs tend to fluctuate and Broomfield's response is always positive and flexible, whether things are going up or down. 100% recommendation.

Broomfield have supplied care for my elderly mother for the last 2 years. The quality of service has been of a consistent high level and the carers are always truly caring. Vicky or Andrea are always available if needed and Natalie provides efficient office support. Without Broomfield we would not have been able to keep Mum in her own house.
I unreservedly recommend them.

Broomfield Care have made an enormous difference to my daughter's life and mine. My daughter is a young adult with Asperger's Syndrome who has been living (semi) independently for the last 2 1/2 years. Broomfield Care have provided her care since the beginning and have encouraged her to become more confident and independent than I could ever have imagined. It would be hard to find more reliable, caring and friendly care workers!

Bloomfield Care cared for my mother for about a year. Their care, love, expertise, help and compassion shown to my mother was exemplary. They would go the extra mile to make her last months more comfortable and enabled mum to keep her dignity. My mother once said they were like her family, as all the girls were so loving and friendly to all of us. They were always there for us, even giving us a shoulder to cry on when times got tough. I would recommend them to anybody who needs help to look after a loved one, like we did.

Vicky and her team were asked to get my mum up in the morning and put her to bed at night. But when my mum was really ill they would go in and check on her in the day and would even stay longer with her than they should. They were all very good at putting my mum at ease and you could see that they really cared about her. They all went the extra mile for her.

After being disappointed by other agencies, it was refreshing to encounter an organisation that satisfied my exact requirements. Broomfield coped well with my fathers deteriorating health and communicated effectively with the rest of my family.

From the beginning to end of mums care from Broomfield care it was done to our expectation of care we needed for mum from management to carers that came to mum every day. They all went far past our expectation with their care, cleanliness, friendliness, professional approach, their knowledge of the care system and most of all what mum's needs were, and they certainly delivered. I would definitely recommend Broomfield Care (and I hope they are still giving the same service when I am old).

As a young adult with a mild learning difficulty, I am always amazed by the quality of the treatment I receive from Broomfield Care. My needs are acknowledged but I am always treated as a person, not just a disability, and their services are highly dependable and punctual. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
