Caring Sharing & Company Ltd
34 Heriot Road, Hendon, London NW4 2DG

We provide live-in or live-out home care to the elderly, physically and mentally frail. We also specialise in supporting those with dementia.
We also have a unique “Nightmare to Night Care” service which offers a very cost-effective entry point into live-in home care. For less than £390/wk, we offer a day and night, 7days/wk care solution. In simple terms, you only pay for the care that you use rather than an all day or all night blanket fee. This service is flexible and scalable according to the client’s needs.
We also provide dementia and care for the elderly training for professionals and family carers, plus a number of FREE elderly care resources downloadable from our web site.
Our ethos is to empower those we look after, seek to stimulate and motivate them, to enrich their lives and help them to remain independent and safe in their own home.

Caring Sharing and Company's carers are very professional, caring and supportive. The company is very hands on with the family and the carers are compassionate, gentle and well trained in caring for those with dementia. Even at the latter stages of the illness they were always positive and tried to provide stimulation i.e. singing, encouraging my mother-in-law to draw, talking and provide gentle massages whenever possible.
The company also offered the family free dementia and care support/training which helped us all to understand the illness, symptoms and behaviours.
Certainly, a company to recommend and employ to support an elderly person or those suffering from dementia.

Review of Caring Sharing & Company Ltd

Caring Sharing & Company really supported my mother with her dementia. They not only kept her safe and healthy but also helped to empower her and stimulate her interests, always seeking ways to encourage her to participate in activities and enjoy a better quality of live.
The company was also very helpful in supporting the family, advising us on the illness, the symptoms and behaviours we could expect. This was critical in helping us understand how we could best interact with our mother.
Last but not least the quality of care was exceptional. The cares spoke good English, were always to hand, kind and willing to help beyond the call of duty and very well trained.
The jobshare, live-in model also really worked for us helping to keep costs down. This model also created a stability that meant the carers remained with us for several years reducing the stress of having to get used to new cares and re-establish routines.
The family and I cannot offer enough praise and satisfaction for the company and their staff.
