Tender Home Care responded immediately to help with my mothers care at a time of sudden illness. A plan was put into place immediately.
Details such as suggesting improving dry skin areas and stability aids in the bathroom area have been a great help.
We experienced two of their staff - of whom their compassion and understanding was excellent. The support & help they gave to my mother at the start of the day brightened up her day and their cheerfulness rubbed off onto her even though she was unwell.
I would not hesitate to use them again and most probably will do so in the very near future.
