Greenfield Care is dedicated to providing the care and support that will enable clients to reach the highest level of health and comfort possible, whilst remaining in their own homes. Greenfield care provided an excellent home care service for my mother-in-law. They carefully matched the staff member to my mother-in-law's needs. The care plan was developed with meticulous care and attention to detail, all was focused on the outcomes important to my mother-in-law. This also included the very important time for a chat and a coffee, she was at home when she died and Greenfield helped to make that possible. Thank you
