  • We receive approximately 20% of Reviews/Recommendations through website submission and 80% of Reviews/Recommendations through Review/Recommendation Cards (only available to Enhanced Listings more info).

  • We only accept/publish Reviews that are submitted by a Service User/Client or their Friends/Family (cannot be submitted anonymously) and comply with our Content Standards (eg are relevant, informative, civil and do not contain allegations of abuse, negligence or criminal activity).

  • Before publication, we check that all reviews comply with our Review Policy and we show all reviews to care providers so that they may submit a response to be published with the review. Also, as a last resort the care provider may opt for the comment and ratings of a review not to be displayed if they believe the comments/ratings to be unfair (the ratings of the Review will still count towards the overall Review Score).

  • The Recommendations/Reviews submitted to our site do not represent our views and we accept no responsibility or liability for any such Recommendations/Reviews.

My carer has now done three two hours sessions of gardening for me. He soon sees what needs to be done and does it efficiently. He is obliviously very confident in this field of work and works hard without wasting any time. He is certainly no clock- watcher. I am particularly impressed by his courtesy and friendliness, and hope he will be ready to continue the work indefinitely. I also have an hour a week of domestic work from a variety of women who have never let me down.

A carer was needed for my husband who has MS, at our daughters wedding to enable me to be mother of the bride. Which the carer a gentleman named Simon did superbly. Out grateful thanks go to one and all that took real care of my husband and made him feel at ease. My husband felt completely at ease in his care and was also able to enjoy the day as I was not stressed at doing two jobs.
