Review of Caremark (Cheshire West and Chester)
Posted: 04 Jul 2012 by Angela Moss (Daughter of patient)
Caremark was chosen as they were new to her area and they were the cheapest - mum needed minimum help. The service received was excellent and the carers provided social interaction as well as helping her. They went above and beyond their duty. My mum was very fond of her regular carers. The admin staff always responded promptly to any queries. So, yes, my mother and I would strongly recommend Caremark.
Quality of Care: Excellent
