We have had excellent service from H.M.C since we first spoke to the manager (Sharon Nicholson) in Sept 2012. Every effort is made to provide continuity of the same carer all the time. On a regular day and time, this sometimes proves difficult in the first week or so but until recently we have had the same excellent carer for approximately 2 years, when personal health issues has caused a change of routine. Our new carer replacement is conscientious and is fitting in well, getting to know the home needs. HMC carers all seem to be well trained and enjoy the work.

I cannot speak too highly of the excellent service. Carers come 3 times a day. They take me out in my wheelchair and we also have outings by car. I feel as if I belong to a family and always look forward to their visits. Without them I would be very lonely.
