At Your Home provides high quality care in peoples homes. The service enables its clients to remain as independent as possible and remain in the comfort of their own home for longer.
The provider specialises in providing care to older people. Their carers undergo a strict recruitment process requiring 5 references and an enhanced CRB check. The company provide extensive initial and ongoing formal training for their carers. In addition to the 9 module formal training programme the company provides additional specific training in both Dementia and communication skills in order that their carers can work confidently and enhance the quality of life for those clients who are diagnosed with Dementia or who have suffered a stroke.
The company offer a comprehensive range of services from 1hr to 24hrs 365 days per year. These services range from companionship and light domestic duties to personal care. We arrive on time for our appointments and specifically allocate 2 carers to each client, every client is personally introduced to the carers - this approach allows for clients to not become confused or upset by an ever changing number of different faces.
