It has allowed all the family that bit more reassurance that mum is looked after well and has retained her independence as much as possible. The carers are fantastic and almost feel like members of the extended family.

I am very pleased with the quality of care I am receiving from Caremark. The staff are very pleasant and hard working. Management is very helpful and approachable. My health is improving now due to the excellent care I have received.

From the moment the manager of Caremark Wakefield came I felt reassured I was making the right decision for my mother who has Alzheimers. She listened to what I had to say and said she could send in carers to suit my mother. The carers who visit are fantastic ladies and my mother looks forward to their visits. The reports are informative and like the carers very professional in every way. To me they are my life saver and to my mother her angels. I cannot thank them enough, they care with love.

My dad at 82 has just recently started to need care I started a package off at 3 times a week but then had to extend it to 7 times as he has had a small stroke. Caremark are very flexible and put my new package in with just a phone call. He now looks forward to his visits from his carers whom he has got to know as he has the same carers every time. They are very good with him and the quality of care is excellent.
