Description A beautiful and luxurious purpose built home for the elderly needs a clinically strong and expereinced deputy to assist the registered manager in developing the home .
YOu will deputise for the manager in her abscence. YOu will be responsible for dealing with clinical issues and maintaining standards . You will lead a stable clinical staff and must be an experienced, motivating and confident team manager.
You will be an RGN/RMN with elderly care experience and have a real passion for providing the top quality care that this home is renowned for .
In return there is a superb salary and real prospects for promotion to registered manager as the manager moves to a GM role within the group.
