Salary £9.43 per hour plus car allowance
Full Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Supported Living Co-ordinator based in Staffordshire, the Supported Living Co-ordinator will be rewarded with a salary of £9.43 per hour plus car allowance.

The Supported Living Co-coordinator will manage and support staff within the supported living team to ensure that quality services are delivered to all residents.

In this pivotal role you will provide general counselling, advice and support to residents living in the scheme in order to promote an individual’s independence, opportunities, choice and dignity. In addition you will undertake routine scheme related housing management duties.

Other duties will include assessing residents’ support needs, advising residents on the services available and consulting with the relevant health, social and voluntary agencies.

The Supported Living Co-coordinator will have a commitment to and an understanding of customer care with a ‘can do’ attitude. A positive and passionate approach to work is essential along with experience of providing support to vulnerable adults in a sensitive way. Awareness of safeguarding procedures and the Quality Assessment Framework is crucial. Experience of how sheltered housing services are changing would be beneficial.

Due to the nature of the role you will be need to be able to drive across the business area with access to your own vehicle. You will be flexible and willing to work bank holidays and occasional evenings and weekends.
