Description Our client is a successful healthcare provider with a reputation for excellence.
They now require a home manager to develop thier home in Bude north Cornwall.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily operational management of the home and will take full responsibility for the general welfare of the clients and staff. You will be required to lead, recruit, train and motivate a multi – disciplinary team who will therefore maintain the highest care and environmental standards, whilst also continuing to promote the positive reputation of the home. You will ideally have recent management experience (NVQ 4) in a care setting with appropriate experience in the care of the elderly. Dementia care experience is preferred and you will also ideally be RGN/RMN qualified.
A super salary of £35k plus benefits is offered with real opportunity to develop.
