Description Our client is a successful healthcare provider.
They are now seeking a home manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the operational and financial management of a new, modern purpose built 75 beds Care Home / Day Centre. The home is registered for both Nursing and Dementia care, and is in the heart of Dorset. You will be required to lead, recruit, train and motivate a multi – disciplinary team who will therefore maintain the highest care and environmental standards, whilst also continuing to promote the positive reputation of the home; maintain effective budgetary control and achieve profitability, establish and maintain relationships both internally and externally to ensure a “pipeline” of new residents. Take the lead on the management of sales and marketing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and bed rates at this new state of the art care home. You will ideally be a Registered Nurse and have management experience (NVQ 4/5) with appropriate experience in the care of the elderly.
