Description Our client is a private owner of a small group of care homes in Epsom, Surrey. Due to expansion they are looking for experienced Senior support workers to work in their two homes for learning disabilities - one is residential and one is supported living. They are looking for bright, cheerful and enthusiastic candidates to support their service users who have varying levels of learning disabilities.

Successful candidates will be patient, caring individuals, and ideally have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, or some experience from their own social network. Candidates should hold an NVQ level 3 or have a minimum of four years care experience. . You will be required to lead shifts and mentor junior staff, so this experience will be required. Full time is 35 – 40 hours per week. Full CRB disclosure will be required with references. A full clean driving licence is a definite advantage.

Rates vary from £8.00 to £8.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
