Job Title: Business Development Manager Salary: £35,000 basic plus bonus and benefits Location: Home based covering the Midland/North region Responsible to: Managing Director The Company Already one of the leading providers of Domiciliary Care within the UK, my client is continuing to grow and expand its already impressive portfolio. They are acknowledged and respected, by both their clients and competitors, as a company who provide the highest level of support to the elderly and vulnerable. As proof of their commitment to grow and their desire to be the best, they have now opened up a Business Development Manager position to lead the growth of the franchises in the Midlands/North region. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join an already well-established company in the capacity of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for maximising the growth potential of the franchise network. Furthermore, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in providing assistance and support to the existing franchise network whilst building new relationships. Given the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be prepared for considerable travel and will be responsible for covering the Midlands/North region.
