NCF announces the appointment of new Chair

The Board of Directors of the National Care Forum (NCF) has appointed Gerald Lee (CEO of the St Monica Trust) as their new Chairman to succeed Andrew Larpent who has completed 5 years as NCF Chair.

“Gerald has been a member of the Board since 2007 and has actively supported the development of the NCF. He will bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to the role and I look forward to working with him”, said Des Kelly (NCF Executive Director).

Gerald said “The care sector is facing a significantly changing environment and I look forward to working with NCF Members and the Board to build our strategy. NCF has a clear mission – to promote quality outcomes for those who receive care and support services from our member organisations and NCF will pursue its goals through its voice and influence, constantly striving to improve best practice and delivering quality services.”
