Allied Healthcare International acquired by the Saga Group Ltd

Allied Healthcare Group Ltd, the main trading company of the Allied Healthcare Group and one of the biggest providers of social care & home care is owned by Allied Healthcare International Inc. which was until recently a publicly quoted company on the U.S.NASDAQ stock exchange. On 20th October 2011 Allied Healthcare International Inc. was acquired by SAGA Group Ltd a U.K company.

This ownership change in our parent company has no direct impact on Allied Healthcare Group Ltd’s legal status or contractual relationship with you our customers, suppliers and employees.

We will continue to be focussed on delivering the high standard of services as normal and will keep you informed of any developments in the Allied Healthcare Group as part of our regular communications especially in connection with some of the improvements to service initiatives that we are currently undertaking.
