Caremark North Herts & Stevenage, based in Letchworth has provided excellent care and friendship four times daily to my adult daughter in Baldock due to her progressive disabilities and also the Supervisor has gone over and beyond her job position to provide support and friendship to Laura, which I will eternally be grateful for!
Thank you especially to supervisor JL and all carers and staff - I'm not allowed to mention names here but you know who you are!

I 100% recommend this professional, caring agency, thank you all so much.

Caremark provided first class care for my wife June who was nearly 90 and suffering from advanced Alzheimers and also to enable me to have some respite relief.

She was always treated with great respect and understanding of her condition and needs and with the utmost kindness. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional of the lovely care which all your Carers and Office staff gave us during the whole of this time, which helped enormously for my family and I to cope with this often distressing situation. Congratulations on the wonderful assistance that you provide and should we require similar service in the future we would not hesitate to contact you.

Overall Experience

Caremark has provided care services for my sister, who suffers from mixed dementia, for over four years. During this period my sister's capabilities have deteriorated substantially but, with the support of Caremark, she has been able to remain in her own home. The staff have shown themselves to be highly dedicated and professional. The lines of communication between myself and the carers are excellent and I immediately get notified should any issues arise (unfortunately, I live 200 miles from my sister and am unable to monitor her daily health and welfare situation directly). This has been especially important recently, when my sister has been targeted by cold-calling scammers: in this context, my sister's principal carer, Sahithi, has been wonderful in the way that she has handled such situations when she has been in situ. Overall, I find it impossible to find any fault in the support provided to my sister and have no hesitation in recommending Caremark.

Excellent service from Vipul at Caremark. He has been looking after my dad with such kindness, patience and professionalism, and we are extremely grateful for the care and support he provides every day. Vipul is always calm, composed and respectful, and he truly understands my dad's individual needs and routines. He takes the time to make sure my dad feels comfortable, safe and well cared for, which gives our whole family great peace of mind.

Caremark provide live in care for my Dad and his carer is absolutely brilliant; as a daughter it's such a gift to know my dad is safe, happy and comfortable in his carer, Rodica's, care. I really feel that all of the Caremark staff care for Dad and us as a family and will do anything they can to help and support us. This care extended out to a friend recently, whose dad needed urgent care in place. Dana, Caremark manager, made this happen for my friend in a very short turnaround time which ensured her dad had the support he needed overnight. Very grateful to Dana, Rodica and all the team we work with at Caremark.

Caremark came to my assistance when I needed a carer to support my husband whilst I had a week away.
