I'd like to record my gratitude and admiration for the care provided to my sister (who has dementia) by Caremark Watford for the past four years. In addition to the care services administered, Caremark and its staff have provided help and advice in my negotiations with Social Services regarding the
extent of my sister's care provision, in addition to pressing my sister's case directly.
The dedication of Caremark's staff was highlighted only last week in two separate incidents when my sister allowed strangers into her house. Fortunately, a carer arrived at her home soon after the strangers were admitted. I was informed immediately and spoke to the individuals concerned, telling them to leave. On the second occasion, three carers arrived at my sister's home to circumvent any possible threat to her! The incidents confirmed the willingness of Caremark staff to go above and beyond the strict call of duty. It's reassuring to know my sister's welfare is in the hands of such good people.

Lovely service & friendly ladies. Have a good rapport with each of them that help me. They make sure I'm ok with the service they provide. They advise me if I'm stuck ie filling forms out or visiting doctors and they check my partners ok too!

I am a full time carer for my wife but when my health declined in 2024 the good people at Caremark have been there to help us out. Hospital stays, short term hae all been seen to. Wonderful carers. Very friendly which my wife and I appreciate. We are on first name terms with many of the carers. Excellent!

Carers are very helpful and friendly. Nice to talk to them especially if I have no visitors during the day. Hoping to cut back on my care visits in 2026 the more mobile and able taht I get. As I hav no transport at present, it is nice to have chats with the carers and catch up on life. I have friends
that take me out to lunch and for coffee, which is very important to me. I do love to socialise.

Caremark stepped in when my mum needed help and supported her to regain a lot of her independence. They continued to support her and adapted their care to her gradually growing needs without making her feel any less capable. Both managers and staff were caring and supportive and were always willing
to adapt to our requirements as they changed. My mum looked forward to their visits and enjoyed their company as well as their help. The company is well run and I always felt that she was in good hands. Lovely people.

Caremark have been looking after my father for nearly three years now providing a live in care package within his own home and we are very pleased with the service provided. Management and support staff are very attentive, helpful and quick to deal with any issues. The live in carers providing the care

Friendly make me feel comfortable around then,and very helpful
Somebody I can ask to do runs to chemist or doctor for me and to do other small chores. The management also handled scheduling efficiently and any changes or concerns were addressed promptly by the team members. Overall I highly recommend
