We have had Everycare for several months now and are very happy with the service. The girls who visit mum are very friendly and she enjoys her calls. The office staff are always available & sort any issues promptly & professionally.

Everycare Central Surrey provided exceptional care for the last 6 months. At assessment they were supportive and understanding of needs. Reluctance to accept care was quickly overcome and carer visits became a welcome highlight. After a hospital admission they immediately stepped up care covering personal care, medicines, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and washing. The option of call out visits anytime was important to me not living nearby. In a recent crisis, prompt 24 hour care was invaluable to avoid hospital admission. Care was sincere and responsive and I felt confident, supported and well informed. I can strongly recommend their care.

We only stopped using Everycare because Mum now requires 24-hour care and is moving into a residential care home.

Karen and the team supported my sister and I through a very difficult time as we were battling to keep my dad safely at home. Karen spent a long time getting an understanding of the care that was needed and came up with a short list of carers for my sister and I to meet on line so we could find the right person to support my dad and manage a tricky live in situation with my mum. At the end of my dad's life Karen and the team went above and beyond to help us and working with the GP to get my dad safely into a hospice.

The care from this agency is poor, neglectful & provided by incompetent carers ( all except 2 really good ones) . My dad had 12 hours 1-1 daily for 4 months before his death. He was'nt showered for the first month, even though care home staff were available to help if asked. Care home staff were often having to prompt 1 particular regular carer to change dad's pad and complete his personal care. She never shaved him as didn't know how! Dad had excoriated sore groins in the last weeks of his life. He lacked stimulation from some carers and was often put back to bed after lunch as easier to manage. As a family we often asked for him to be taken to the activities. Carers had long painted fingernails and poor uniform standards. Some carers seemed to lack understanding of his need for thickened fluids due to swallow difficulties. Managers when contacted were full of empty promises! Carers often arrived late or shifts were cancelled at short notice, this happening the day before his death.

Very very many thanks for your incredible professional care services. Your overall office team and the regular carer team are wonderful, polite, warm, sensitive, caring and efficient,. They never show their frustration --timely, full of smiles and humor, They are focused on providing a safe and responsible and their approach maintains the dignity and understands her needs. Everycare has been visiting my elderly mother to provide home care for a number of years now. Their care has been brilliant, their visits are the highlights of my mother's day. Everycare have been supporting my elderly parents for the past four years. We have found their help invaluable in supporting day-to-day needs, flexing to support us in those times where we've needed extra help and always being responsive to what is required. My parents were hesitant to have people in their home even though they needed the support and the team responded to this by taking the time to build trust and friendship with them so that they are now integrated as a key part of their support team. In addition to the on the ground care, we have found the organisation to be well managed with management always available to discuss care arrangements. We don't know what we'd do without them!
