After reading other reviews and opinions on social media, I settled on Everycare Rugby. The care is for my aunt who is not the easiest person in the world to deal with as she's very particular.
After a meeting with Kez, I felt certain that I'd picked the right company as he made me feel very reassured.
The
care was easy to organise and has now been in place for a few days.
The ladies that have been visiting my aunt have been absolutely wonderful. They have been extremely respectful and have worked really well with her little idiosyncrasy's. They have quickly found common ground to chat about and one has even prompted her to play her piano!! That almost brought tears to my eyes as she hasn't played much for ages.
I can highly recommend this company, even the staff appear to stay with the firm for many years which can only be a good thing.

From day one, in preparation for care beginning in Aug ' 25, Everycare showed such empathy, care and attention to detail. Once care for my Mum began, plans were adjusted to accommodate additional points of concern for Mum without delay. Each and every carer, the Manager and Director have become familiar
with all aspects of Mums requirements and are so caring and responsive for each area of care. Mum (& our family) really appreciate Everycare's positivity and engagement with Mum. Mum's quality of life has improved since Everycare's contract began.

They are always available for advice and reply very quickly . They are very concerned for how my Aunt copes with her problems . They will help with the NHS and other suppliers

Totally reliable, always punctual, personable and friendly, the whole team has created a tailor made service to perfectly suit and fulfil my Mothers needs. The post- visit summary is available for me to view online after every visit

I feel very lucky to have Everycare supporting my mum. All the staff are extremely warm and professional and responsive to my mum's needs. Alongside assisting her with her care needs they are fun and chatty. I can see a marked difference in her wellbeing since starting. I live a bit of a distance away
and it is so reassuring to read detailed notes on the app about visits. The office staff are excellent at communicating and I know I can contact them about any worry and they will respond. They provided amazing support in an emergency situation. They have been very flexible in providing different levels of care. Everycare are an outstanding provider. I feel very lucky to have this lovely team looking after my mum. It is such a relief to know I can totally trust them to keep my mum safe and well supported in her own home. Thank you Everycare.

We've had a fantastic experience with the whole team who support my mum with her morning routine. From the very beginning they have been incredibly efficient, reliable, and professional. The carers arrive on time, are well organised, and make sure everything is done properly while still taking the time
to treat my mum with kindness, dignity, and genuine warmth.


Communication from the company has been excellent throughout. They keep us informed, respond quickly to any questions, and it's always reassuring to know that my mum is in such capable hands.


The level of care provided is truly outstanding and gives our family real peace of mind. It's clear that they genuinely care about the people they support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate home care. A well-deserved 5-star service.

I have been more than happy with the care we have received as a family for my mum. It far surpasses the previous carers we employed. Mums needs have continued to become more complex. The staff attending mum are kind, considerate, caring and polite towards her. Going the extra mile and being very supportive
to the family in general.


The company is very diligent and runs everything by the letter. Response and communication is 10/10. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

I write on behalf of my mother, who, due to bad arthritis in her hands and wrisis finds many household tasks difficult. Her carer has not only provided conversation and interest outside the family, but also undertakes many of these jobs cheerfully and willingly. My mother has found her help invaluable,
and it has provided peace of mind and reassurance to myself and sisters knowing that our mother is being looked after on the days we are unable to visit.

The whole team are marvellous! Mum receives excellent care from all the carers that visit her. Jacqui is so helpful and courteous at all times. I can't recommend them enough! Since having Everycare it enables dad to take a step back and get the rest that he needs.

Mum has been receiving care from Everycare for the last couple of months, the carers have been fantastic with mum, always making sure that she is ready for her coffee mornings on a Wednesday, her hair and make up is always done. Communication is good, carers respond positively to any notes left, giving
me reassurance that mum is being well looked after. The office are always happy for me to pop in if I ever need anyone to talk to regarding mums care

Everycare has been excellent right from the start, have never let me down, my main carer is always on time, and she always goes the extra mile for me. The office staff are very accommodating and will change my call with out any problem should I need to reschedule it to attend appointments.
