The care staff have been lovely, very helpful I like how I will always know what time the carers are coming each morning and evening. They are always willing to help and will complete any task requested of them. It has given my daughters peace of mind to know that I'm being cared for.

The service provided by Radfield and Val and her team are outstanding, the care Dwan has received was wonderful. She loved the activities and craft making, she could sometimes in a morning to be quite down, but by the time I picked her up her mood was very good. The only reason we have moved Dawn is we needed more days of care, and she has settled well into her new environment. (I too miss the cake). Best wishes to all the staff at Radfield.

Very caring and understanding always able to accommodate extra visits and always come and introduce if a new carer is required to visit but on the whole mostly the same carer who are all very attentive respectful and discrete
