My mother has been cared for by Heritage Healthcare for a few months now. The quality of care received was exemplary and I thank all those who attended her for their compassion, understanding and great sense of humour.

My mother has been extremely happy with the care she receives on a daily basis and she looks forward to her care visits. The care staff are always friendly, helpful and very professional. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they always ask if there is anything more they can do before leaving
the premises. Care staff always contact me if there are any queries or concerns relating to my mother and they also let me know if there are any items that she needs replenishing: food items, toiletries etc. An overall pleasant experience.

My care package over the past 10 weeks with Heritage Healthcare (Coventry) was exemplary. Every single carer was kind, courteous, keen to do whatever needed doing and always respectful and mindful of my embarrassment. Their care has been an enormous support and aid through my post-surgical recovery
and their chirpy happy 'hello' 4 times daily was always welcome.

The service provided has been nothing short of excellent. Different departments contacted us before we knew about them.
Our only criticism is we had no knowledge about
1) What is available.
2) Who provides it.
3) Where and how do we get it.
