To date, this has been a fantastic experience not just for our Mother who is receiving 24 care from Bloomfield but also for us (family) as Ellie and her team have guided us through what to expect and what they can deliver including navigating through the different medicines required via the doctor.
The level of care she is now receiving at home compared to the care home that she was at previously is far superior and she has benefited physically and mentally from receiving care at home. While this will continue to be a difficult period for our mother we know she is as content and safe as she could hope to be. Thank you.

After a fall, time in hospital & 2 months in a care home, Mum was 6 stone, very withdrawn, in pain & extremely unhappy. The Bloomfields Care team literally saved her (& me!).
Over the last 2 years, Mum has been provided with superb live-in care & she has genuinely thrived. Her main carer is exceptional
- anticipating her needs, calmly providing positive support & a routine. When her carer has a week off, it's clear that there's good communication with her replacement to retain this continuity of care.
It's great when we visit as everything is really well organised, the house is spotless and they have clearly become friends. There's lots of laughter, outings to the local church, lunch club & a home group. Seeing Mum so happy & well looked after means I can relax & stop worrying. Such a relief - especially as it's a 4-hour round trip!
Bloomfields is an absolutely AMAZING care provider, with experienced managers and an extremely well-trained team of genuine carers.

Just lost my father due to illness who was the carer for mum .mum is in a care home for now with dementia in the early stage. The caring company have helped us make decisions and every day ask how she is . Until a week ago mum was treated with love protection and a very very proffesional organisation

Bloomfield have provided excellent care to my elderly mother when she came out of hospital, then also to my elderly father until he passed away at home. They continue to provide care to my mother at home. The staff are always completely professional and also caring and friendly.
When we needed to change
frequency of care as circumstances changed they were very responsive and flexible.
We particularly like dealing with this small company as we have got to know the staff. It is always easy to check updates and communicate any changes in requirements.

We started using Bloomfield Care after Dads care assessment outlined full time care was what he needed (we didn't want him in a care home.)
After the initial home visit we decided to move forward with them. They listened to our concerns from previous care companies, and taking into account the level
of care outlined in the care assessment, they supplied 2 really lovely full time live-in carers. We couldn't be more pleased and would thoroughly recommend them to care for your loved ones. It's given us as a family, total peace of mind knowing all his needs are met 24/7.

We have carers come in for one hour on three days a week, the main issue is my wife struggles showering due to Alzheimer's and the carers facilitate this. They manage the showering well. They all get on very well with my wife.
The initial assessment was good with flexibility shown from them regarding
care etc.

I cannot speak highly enough about Bloomfield.
The care offered to my mother-in-law has been exceptional, especially a couple of months ago when she was so poorly.
The management team worked with us to put in additional visits as needed and provided advice on every aspect of her care.
The carers
are so compassionate and treat my mother-in-law with respect, dignity and a good old chat and giggle.

We've been very happy with Bloomfield. Have used them for more than 1 year. Good, consistent service. Flexible, good communicators. There has been a small amount of staff turnover in that time but that has actually been helpful given the nature of the condition we are trying to manage.

Excellent management and staff, very caring and helpful to my mum and family. We have been with Broomfield for a year now and everyones happy with their care, time and support. Mum has four visits a day and they are always on time, as well as doing chores round the house they always find time to sit
with her and chat and leave her feeling safe and happy

We have had the Bloomfield team helping us to care for our mum at home for over a year now. They have been so supportive and helpful to both my mum, myself and sister. The team have provided regular named carers at set times to help keep a routine for mum. They treat her with care, respect and understanding,
keeping us informed if they notice anything out of "mums ordinary".
They have helped us with information and questions to ask when dealing with social services when mum went into hospital and needed a plan for coming home again.
They are a wonderful, personal and friendly team.
I would highly recommend Bloomfield.

I am very impressed with the quality of care provided in a professional but caring and friendly manner, that i have seen my friend recieve. Seeing the level of care gives the family the confidence to be able to hand over to the staff and live a life along side there loved one.
A very well organised,
consistent team with a good management .
Very quick to respond and problem solve , nothing seems too much trouble.

My father in law has had a fall just recently and had a few hours in hospital ( one of the career's found him thanks for her quick thinking)
In the following days they have managed to get his confidence back and he is back up with his Zimmerman safety that's from their care and the way they look after
him so well ,he is so happy with the care he received.
