What wonderful support Walfinch Home Care, Hampton, Twickenham & Virginia Water provided for my father in July 2026. The company was recommended to us via a healthcare professional. From the moment we met Michelle and Angela we were instantly impressed by their warmth, care and professionalism. We were advised that we could call anytime day or night with any queries/worries. They went out of their way to assist us with issues that came up. We realised that Dad required more care than we had initially thought and Walfinch was able to adapt straight away to the new requirements. Dad adapted to the carers quickly and his face lit up when they came in to the house. He is a very independent/private man so this was a big step for him. They were very hard working and very professional and would keep us up to date with what they did on their visits on their App and/or via Messenger if we/they were any questions needing answers. I would highly recommend this company to all.

The care started in January 2026, I can't thank Lois enough. She bubbly, caring, thoughtful, flexible and professional. Mum can be an anxious person Lois places her at ease and Mum enjoys her company and feel that Lois enjoys Mum's company too.

I cannot speak highly enough of Walfinch carers or managers. My Mum had the highest level of care at all times. The carers were professional yet caring; patient, punctual, aware of any specific needs and always flexible. I was always consulted if there was a change of situation or if carers were worried about any aspect of mum's care. Not only did Walfinch make sure Mum was ok, they made sure I was ok through some very difficult times. I would not hesitate to recommend Walfinch.

My brother and I approached Walfinch Birmingham South after our mother's memory loss began to affect her everyday enjoyment of life. Together with Reanne we developed a bespoke care plan and started regular visits from a carer. It has been of great comfort to know our mother has seen a friendly face on days when we can't visit. The use of the App means we are kept well informed and know that her medication has been taken and that she has enough food etc. With Walfinch's help our mother is socialising more, is taking regular exercise in the form of walks, is eating better and her days now have a structure. Like many people of her generation our mother finds it hard to accept help but we feel she is benefiting significantly from the support and kindness of the carers involved to date.

We have had an overwhelmingly wonderful experience with Lois. Every need met every day with a smile and care which goes above and beyond. The peace of mind that we have as a family knowing our 101 year old matriarch is so beautifully cared for is worth every penny. Lois is professional and sensitive to the whole family and has made our lives so much better. My grandmother (who isn't shy in her opinions) even said she would like her to move in!

My opinion is that Shirley has, and is receiving excellent care, she is treated with dignity and respect and is very comfortable with the treatment that she receives. There is very good communication between the Caregiver and myself and I am kept well informed about any concerns regarding her health.

The Walfinch team have been exceptional. They have an intelligent, professional, supportive approach - they just "get it" !

I have no complaints with any of the carers, they are very efficient and polite towards my partner and myself. The communication between myself and the office staff is also very good, I don't have any problems with their service.

We have been incredibly grateful for the care my husband has received at home. From the outset, the carers have been professional, reliable and respectful, while also bringing a genuinely friendly and caring approach into our home.

The team are always mindful of infection control and consistently use appropriate PPE, which gives us confidence that he is being cared for safely.

What has particularly stood out is the sensitivity, kindness and patience they show towards him. They take their time with him, listen to him and never make him feel rushed. They understand that some days can be more difficult than others and adapt their approach accordingly, always treating him with dignity and respect.

Having carers coming into your home at such a difficult and vulnerable time could easily feel intrusive, but they have managed to strike exactly the right balance between being professional and becoming familiar, reassuring faces. They are friendly and approachable which is appreciated.

I don't have any problems with Walfinch carers; they are all efficient and caring. I have had some with staff efficiency, however.

I don't know what we would have done without them!

Following a series of falls we were concerned for my aunt and as she was determined to stay in her home we looked into having carers. We contacted Walfinch Kingston & Weybridge who arranged to come out and assess her needs. Following the assessment, they were able to put in place the care she needed to forfil her wish to stay at home. She is happy with the care she has received. We are also very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The app they use to keep us updated, following carer visits is especially useful, as we are not local to her and this gives us reassurance that she is being well cared for in our absence.

I cannot speak too highly of them. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help.

At the first interview with Walfinch, our interviewer selected a care worker to be my regular help. I am glad of her choice for me, as she has proved to be all I could wish for. Her expertise blends with a pleasing personality and reliable timekeeping regime.

Walfinch were quick, responsive and helpful when I needed to arrange overnight care at short notice. After my first meeting with Kathy, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. They have been 100% reliable, the team is lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them in future.

Cannot fault the standard of care with which I have been provided, very happy with their services.

I have been using the services of Walfinch for 2 months. I am extremely pleased with my cleaning service, my lady is always prompt, friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble and she leaves my house very clean and tidy. Also, I have found the office staff very caring and helpful whenever I have phoned. So overall, delighted with this excellent company.
