From the moment I made my initial telephone call to Walfinch, I received excellent service. They were prompt with getting relevant home cover care for my Father and the carers that attended were polite, punctual and kind. I couldn't recommend them more.

I am much happier now that I have good attention to my needs and help with ones normal needs, which now, due to age, I can no longer cope with.

The care for my terminally sick brother surpassed all expectations. A close-knit team who visit in rotation throughout 24 hours. Such kindness and sensitivity, excellent medical care and observation of important changes. Frankly the team show so much compassion and I would say 'love' for my ailing brother. I am very moved by their professionalism and devotion to their calling.

Walfinch provide carers for my dad when we're away. They are very quick to respond and have always been able to provide us with carers for all the visits we wanted. Most importantly, the care they provide is excellent - caring, professional and highly competent. There seems to be nothing they can't or won't do. They are the ideal solution to our irregular care needs.

We feel extremely grateful to have found Walfinch Stratford and Leamington, they came to our rescue when my 92 year old Dad needed extra help at home following an arthritis flare up. They stepped up immediately and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment we met they delivered a professional, yet very sincere, level of care which has given us peace of mind and has definitely made Dad's life easier. Bryan and Shai go the extra mile to make sure they fully understand their Client and their Client's needs and we hope to keep them on for the foreseeable future. Excellent service all round!

I honestly cannot find the right words to thank Walfinch Shepperton Hampton, Twicken &Virginia Water enough for everything they have done for my dear friend. A year ago, I was looking for carers for my lovely friend, who has dementia. I met the wonderful ladies Michelle and Angela from Walfinch at the Shepperton Fair exhibition, and from the moment I spoke to them, I felt an immediate connection. My friend's family contacted them, and Walfinch carers have been caring for her since. I wanted people around her who would genuinely care for her, understand her, and make her feel loved and valued. Walfinch has gone above and beyond. They have cared for her with such love, kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. They don't just look after her needs; they truly care about her happiness and wellbeing. The difference they have made to her life has been incredible. Since the care service received from day one by WALFINCH we as family have been at ease and stress free. The support of the staff and the Management have been supportive and very helpful in all aspects. Walfinch Southampton have been absolutely brilliant in looking after my father who needed full time care. The level of care and professionalism has exceeded my expectations not only in looking after my father's physical wellbeing but also his personal welfare offering compassionate interactions and friendly support. This has enabled him to live in his own home and familiar surroundings with a much higher quality of life than he would have otherwise experienced. Not just looking after him at home but taking him out to his social meetings and everyday things like shopping trips etc. I certainly wouldn't have imagined that he would have been so settled in his everyday life at the beginning of his care at home and thank Walfinch Southampton for what can only be described as outstanding service.

Excellent level of support to accommodate the declining health of an 87-year-old. Walfinch have been instrumental in liaising with local hospital and community nurses to ensure comfort at home and the option of staying at home.
