The carers that work for this company are mostly brilliant, no fault of theirs whatsoever. However, the way this organisation is run is horrendous. Our visits are constantly not covered, or half-covered and they need us to assist. We can appreciate being understaffed etc, however, the office staff doesn’t
even bother to give you a phone call when they are having problems so you are left hours and hours with no idea what is going on. They don’t have a compassionate attitude whatsoever when you do eventually get in touch either. Our family member is now attached to the carers but we can’t possibly carry on the way we are with this company, it is such a shame.

We were very unhappy with the service from this agency over several months. They could not be relied upon to come on time (often hours late) and did not communicate with me to warn of delays. On three occasions they did not turn up at all and I could only get an answering service. Our experience of
their service was extremely stressful and added to our difficulties rather than easing the burden. We now have a wonderful agency who have never let us down so it shows that it can be done, despite the difficulties of recruitment and staff having to isolate. I would not recommend Community Life Choices.

Thank you so much to the management for organising support for me at very short notice. The service I have received from this care agency is wonderful. They are always on hand and so happy to assist people, they are truly a caring agency. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have been using the services of this care agency for past few months and I can highly recommend them. The carers who visit me are lovely, they assist me with my care needs and always make time for a cup of tea with me. The last few weeks have been very difficult for me and I just don't know what I

Couldn’t recommend a more caring service than this one, reliable and so much effort by management put into the workers to make sure they deliver a 5-star service to the people they care for. Would use them a million times over for my relatives who need that extra care during the time family can’t be
there to help them. If you need a trustworthy team to care for your family or friends pick this team and you will know they will be looked after to the best standards available.

Lovely company and service! Carers always punctual, friendly and I could see the positive effects in my Nan’s demeanour. Any issues quickly resolved by the guys at the office. Special thanks to the manager, who helped make the process a smooth one.

Really impressed with the care delivery afforded to my Grandmother by Community Life Choices.
The care staff went above and beyond for her and for us as family and the management team were excellent - great communication and really did their utmost to ensure my Grandmother was always well cared for,
