I have used this company on three occasions for live in care provision. The first two were fine, however, on the third occasion, I was provided with a substandard carer. I made a formal complaint to ENA, however, they considered that the care provider was fine.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
I am sorry you felt the care was substandard on the third occasion. This was investigated and found no issue with the care delivery you had received as outlined to you in the complaint response.
We ask all our clients to inform us immediately without delay, if they are dissatisfied with any part of our service so we can resolve any issues. On this occasion it was not brought to our attention immediately and when the complaint was highlighted, the carer was changed within 24hours and supported with a returning carer to achieve continuity.

I have been with the ENA Care Group for nearly 11 years and they have always provided good care and been have extremely supportive and friendly. If I did have any problems, they have been sorted out straight away with no fuss.
