Staff can provide services that include, though are not limited to, caring for people with complex needs, or carrying out simple tasks or offering companionship to those in need.

We have only recently started working with the agency and have found them to be really friendly and helpful and we are very happy with services offered. The staff are obliging and efficient and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a home care agency.

We have been with this agency for a long while and all the carers that we have had over the years have been brilliant. This relates to an incident that happened in April with the Father of the service user, fortunately, our overnight carer was around, as I needed to rush off to the hospital. I knew that the service user was in very capable and caring hands.

I have only been with inTouch for a short while but am very pleased with the carers and the reliability of the service. I get my rota regularly and it works well. I moved from my previous company as the service was unreliable. I moved from another care service and although the management was poor the carers were all good and very caring.

This is the second agency that I have used to care for my mother. It offers 24/7 care which my mother needs. Over the months, we have had several carers, but now after trial and error, we have found 2 perfect carers who do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and cover each others days off in-between. They are both very loving and caring and look after my mother beautifully. I thank the agency for achieving this for us. Mother and I are both very happy.

From the initial assessment session carried out at my parents home, to the telephone contact with the care coordinator, to the individual carers who attend to my mum and dad, I have nothing but praise for the exceptional way that 'inTouch home care' operate.
