Having been having care for over 7 years, I have found a care company who not only arrive on time, no missed calls, wonderful carers who promote my independence and have come up with ways to promote healthy eating. They are friendly helpful and have lived up to all their promises on the service they provide, I did not have to fight to get a rota so I know who will be arriving each day, I see the same carers. All new careers are shadowed. Their carers are good cooks and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always smiling.
I feel more settled and happier than I have been in over 7 years, my confidence is returning. They really do offer the service they say they will.
