I have one main carer and she is absolutely brilliant. When she goes on holiday I do miss her. Most of them are very good and they are helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

I am very happy with the care provided to look after my ageing father and the advice given when required. The staff have been polite, caring and professional. Dad enjoys his pureed food from a meal supplier.

We have used over the past 9 years, but since Aug 2015 our carer pack has increased to 4 visits daily as my wife's health has declined further, having been diagnosed with Alzheimers and dementia. ARC staff are almost exclusively well up to the job, which includes all my wife's personal care (incontinent).

ARC was the third care provider company we tried using in the St Annes area. The other two failed miserably with poor quality of staff or even just failing to turn up at times. We have now used ARC for over 5-1/2 years and I am honestly say I haven't had a single issue with them. I have always found them to be responsible and responsive to Mum's (now 92 years old) ongoing and changing needs. A couple of years ago they took over responsibilities for Mum taking her medications which includes a cancer drug. Since that time Mum's cancer as been predictably stable, proof indeed ARC have been diligent in administering the medication on time every time.

The quality of staff, being human, is variable but in my opinion it varies between 'good' and 'excellent' and are a reflection of the quality of the management team at ARC. I would recommend ARC Community Care to anybody within the Lytham St Annes as being the best in the area.

ARC are reliable, caring and efficient. They are so good with my dad and I never worry because they always turn up when they are due. They keep me informed of any problems.
The carers are understanding of dad's needs and enjoy his mischievous sense of humour and his sometimes grumpy disposition (brought on by parkinson's).
This is our third care company and they stand head and shoulders above the rest.

ARC have provided ongoing care, sometimes at very short noticed due to my husbands frequent stays in hospital. We really appreciate their readiness to accommodate us in spite of the fact that his needs have increased at the moment.

Mum is very happy with the carers who visit her twice a day. They are all very pleasant and helpful. She enjoys the company and stimulation they provide. All medications (which are quite a lot) are administered and recorded correctly. From the families point of view this is all very reassuring. The office staff are contactable in and out of office hours. They provide a caring and informative service.
