On 24 hours notice the Council decided that they could no longer provide the service. You could complain but you had no right to appeal. Luckily we chose Bluebird. The difference is remarkable. Continuity of carer, better time keeping and overall a far better experience. Thank you Council. Only regret is they didn't make the decision years earlier.

We have twice weekly visits from Bluebird to ease the pressure on myself, as a double carer for two disabled family members. The visits are always very well organised, with a very good system of letting us know who is coming in the week ahead, and if there are any changes to the schedule. The carers are unfailingly punctual, respectful, thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring and warm in everything they do. They have become good friends in the time they have been helping us. We feel very well looked after as a family, and no matter who comes, they are happy to do whatever is asked of them, no matter how trivial it may seem, since they understand what a difference it makes (a little really does go a long way).

They go out of their way to help you. I find their management staff to be excellent and go above and beyond, to make sure my mom has the attention she requires.

My experience to date with Bluebird Care has been first class. The management of mum's care is professional and attentive to details. I have always been kept up to date if there is a change to mum's routine and any requests have been dealt with diligently. Overall I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care.

Only problem is sometimes Carers are scheduled a bit later than she would like.

The care I have received overall has been very good. I am impressed with the standard of training; and that in turn reflects an impressive standard of selection.

They go out of their way to help you

prepare meals cut vegetables for soup. hoover and wetmop floor.

My mum really looks forward to her time out each week when she goes to the shops.

We are both very appreciative and thankful for all your help and support.

I find Bluebird Care very efficient and they stick to the appointed arrival time sharply within road traffic limitations. The staff are pleasant and cheerful and mannerly. They carry out the job in hand.

I am impressed how management step up and help out whenever needed.

We are delighted with the support we get from both the supervisor and carer every week.

I feel very looked after and I'm thankful for their help and support.

Bluebird has provided my Mum with essential care over the last 12 months. Despite the ongoing care crisis and pandemics, Bluebird has met our developing care needs. The carers and back-office team are all-stars.

Bluebird has been caring for my husband since 2017. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer´s so he has been needing more and more support. Now he gets support four times a day from two carers each visit. They are so good and nice. Also, the office staff is very helpful and kind. I am so happy we are Bluebird customers. A big Thank you.

I have Power of Attorney for my friend and we have used Bluebird for some 6 years. Management has always been helpful but over the past year, when Management changed, the Manager who has dealt with me could not have been more helpful or understanding. At no time did she give the impression that we were asking unreasonable questions. My friend has now gone into full-time care and the Manager has been so very very helpful to me during the weeks when I've been looking for a suitable Care Home and the transition. She is a credit to Bluebird. Over the years the Carers who have come to offer personal care and social visits with my friend have without exception been so very caring, understanding, courteous and altogether met the needs of my 91-year-old friend. They have allowed her to keep her dignity and have become friends. Although my friend is now in full-time care I hope to continue using Bluebird for social visits for her. I could not recommend Bluebird more highly.

Although I posted a review here in Oct 21, I wanted to praise Bluebird again for the continuing excellent care given to mum. There have been very many issues to deal with regarding mum and they have dealt with them all so professionally. The Bluebird staff, whether in the office or caring, always aim to give great care, often in challenging circumstances. They always keep me informed if needed as I don't live nearby. The carers are wonderful ladies, and my mum speaks highly of them all. Also, I love the fact that I can log on to the app and check how mum is without having to bother Bluebird directly. Definitely recommend them. How care should be.

Carers are very efficient, friendly and quickly built up a rapport with clients.
