Overall Experience

The pink ladies were recommended to us and they are outstandingly good. Well organised and sympathetic. The branding (pink uniforms) is very helpful with the elderly. Having a local office in the village to drop in on has been very convenient and they are most helpful with paperwork. We opted for Care

Together because they are qualified for personal care, even though it hasn't been necessary yet, so that trust has been well established, if and when that becomes necessary.
All-round excellence.

Care Together Ltd is a wonderful team, absolutely ace. I never cease to be amazed at their achievements, they are a formidable team indeed from the very top management to the Pink Ladies who attend to the clients, they all work so well together, usually very unassumingly and make everything happen so

smoothly. They are always there, do not let anyone down. They are part of our family, so kind, so caring, so attentive and understanding and yet so very professional and trustworthy.
I could not manage looking after my husband without their support both practical and emotional.

Overall Experience

Our 99 year old father has been receiving support from Care Together for over a year now. The carers and the managers have provided an extraordinarily good and caring service. They have been completely reliable and infinitely flexible.
Without their service, our father would find it very difficult

to continue living alone in his own home, and it gives us, his children, peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands and we would be alerted to any issues.
We feel Care Together is very much part of our family.

Power of attorney for elderly couple. The wife spent six weeks in hospital following a stroke and then moved to nursing home. Care Together arranged to drive the husband to hospital each day and bring him home after visiting his wife. They then liaised with the hospital and nursing home regarding the

transfer, ensuring that the move went smoothly. They had previously taken the husband to the nursing home to inspect the facilities and available room. At all times Care Together kept in touch with all parties to ensure the best care possible was being delivered.
As the power of attorney, I was consulted and kept fully up to date at all times.
Care Together went above and beyond to assist this elderly couple and continue to do so.

Overall Experience

Excellent care, kindness and attention always shown to my father. They have never let us down and arrive on time. Office staff are at the end of the phone for any problems or questions that may arise. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Our grateful thanks to them.

Care Together is a group of amazing women who have enabled my very elderly mother with mixed dementia, to continue to live in her own home aged 95, and it is mum's most fervent wish that she can stay there for her remaining time with us. I feel confident that, if anyone can make that happen, The Pink

Ladies can! They have transformed my life too as I have been able to transfer much of the load to them over the past two years. Nothing fazes them, they've 'seen/heard it all before', they are kind, warm, and genuine and they always go the extra mile. The management and leadership of this company are exemplary.

Overall Experience

Care Together is kind and very caring to my mother and me. When my mother got ill they were able to provide extra care at short notice which gave me such peace of mind as I was out of the country. My mother thinks of them as her friends rather than carers. They are efficient and always turn up on time

and communication with them is always good.

Overall Experience

As a family, I don't know where we would have been without Care Together. As a son looking after elderly and infirm parents Care Together have been an invaluable partner enabling us to provide the care both parents have needed. Individually the carers are kindness personified, the company is professional

Overall Experience

I am exceptionally grateful to Care Together for the care and support they gave, not only for my mother, but also to me. With her condition, my mother's needs changed sometimes daily, but they always managed to ensure she had the best care possible on that day. They listened to and respected her frame

of mind, but at the same time encouraged her to make the most of her day. Communication was good and changes in her routine or well-being always updated.

I cannot fault the care Mum has received over the last three years. Every member of the team has been unfailingly competent, kind and compassionate. As Mum's needs have changed Care Together has been flexible and helped us with making the best choices for Mum. Communication is always excellent at all

levels and they have supported family members at tough times too. Mum has now moved into a nursing home and we are missing the carers we have come to know so well. I wholeheartedly recommend Care Together.

Overall Experience

The work and support of Care Together allowed my mother to be in her own home for six months following a stroke before she moved into a care home. All of the pink ladies were lovely and endlessly patient and kind with my mum. The management are fantastic and so knowledgeable on issues with the elderly.

They have given me lots of support and advice too which has been so helpful.

Care Together have been invaluable to me in the care of my aunt. I live four hours away so needed a trusted company and they delivered everything I could have hoped for and more. The manager and her entire team are so caring and understanding and have made life so much easier for my aunt. Nothing seems

Care Together is consistently excellent.
A faultless service with the highest standards. This coupled with superb all-encompassing care means you can have total peace of mind. This was recently tested when one of the team spotted a serious medical problem with my mother and called the doctor. We were

really grateful for her quick thinking.
Under the manager's expert steerage, all of the staff provide a supremely reliable, capable and professional service. We are very lucky to have such an outstanding and friendly care team based in our village.
I would recommend them wholeheartedly without hesitation. They definitely set the standard.

Overall Experience

I live over 200-miles from my father, and he has been looked after by his pink ladies for several years now. As time has passed and his care needs have changed, the manager and her team have been brilliant. I have no worries about the level of care provided by these wonderful people.
They have made

it possible for him to stay in his own home that he shared with my late Mum.

My great aunt’s dementia accelerated during Covid lockdowns. She had managed to live independently but was now struggling on many fronts. We turned to Care Together for home care, and they provided this for almost a year, until it was necessary to move her into a care home. The support we received from

Care Together during that time was outstanding and made a difficult situation much easier. Without fail, I felt that her welfare was always the absolute priority for the owner and her team. She had four regular carers, all of whom were friendly, reliable and professional. No appointments were ever missed or even delayed – no mean feat for a smaller agency operating through what were challenging times for all of us. She became very fond of all the carers. Even at the end, Care Together went the extra mile by juggling schedules to ensure care was provided until the admission to the care home (much delayed by Covid) could finally happen. We remain very grateful for everything they did.

Overall Experience

Care Together have provided reliable, friendly and practical support to Mum and myself over a three year period. Her care was mainly in the form of cleaning and company, and she looked forward to the weekly visit from her carer. Mum and the family were very well supported by one of the managers in helping

to create a comprehensive statement, forward planning wishes. When Mum's needs increased, additional visits were provided until residential care could be arranged. The management were able to give very helpful advice about choosing residential care, which was much appreciated given how daunting this task felt at the time. Mum is now settled in a care home, but still chats about the times she spent with her carer and appreciated the support that enabled her to stay in her own home for as long as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Care Together.

Overall Experience

I engaged Care Together for my mother. The manager came and sorted the paperwork effortlessly, to start with it was for cleaning and chatting, to ease her into more care. With Covid, I cancelled and they were very understanding and held me on the books for later. Mum deteriorated during covid, not understanding

it at all. I then approached the manager to re-instate care and introducing more actual care. Our main carer eased Mum gently into personal care. We quickly went from just 2 days a week to 3 days a week. Mum then started to deteriorate more and the manager kindly rearranged her schedules at short notice to increase the care to 5 days, then 5 days, twice a day and then we had in place 7 days 3 times a day. End of life came very quickly and unexpected to me, the team and medical staff. They put everything in place and leant me equipment etc. The team were lovely, compassionate, kind and helpful throughout the whole time and very supportive afterwards.

I cannot put into words how much Care Together have supported us through my mum's Lewy body dementia and my dad's cancer diagnosis. They go above and beyond and become very much part of the family. They have always been a support even at short notice.
