I have visited my uncle several times over the last few years since he started receiving home care and a few of these occasions have coincided with one of his "pink lady" visits. I have been very impressed with the care, attentiveness and professionalism of his carer and would like to pass on my thanks. He obviously enjoys their visits and has formed a good relationship, which is very much appreciated and very reassuring for the family.

I found Care Together/Mel and her team of pink ladies responsive, quick and attentive in pressurised circumstances where the maintenance of calm and professionalism were priorities.

Physically present when it mattered, kind and attentive. A service the community is very fortunate to have on its doorstep. All the benefits of a privately owned local business.

The wonderful Pink Ladies. We couldn't manage without them. The whole team have provided both my elderly parents with exceptional care and support over the past few years. My dear Mum passed away a few months ago, but Dad has continued with their visits which have become a very important part of his week. The carers are all so kind, compassionate, respectful, patient and professional. The management are wonderful, always at the end of the phone and always flexible to our changing needs. My mother has been a Care Together client for over 4 years now and I really could not cope without them! As time has gone on, the team has taken on more and more, reducing and sharing the load on me. Although my mum is the client I get a real sense that I am included in the package of care as well and I am actively supported. This is the first time I have had responsibility for an aging parent and I have been supported and guided from the early days when it became apparent that mum needed more help than I could give on my own. The Pink Ladies are wonderful people! Having local people working for local people from a local office is invaluable.

Care Together has supported Mum with daily care for a year now. The carers are reliable, kind and supportive and Mum has made friends with them all. Communication with the team has been excellent especially when Mum's needs changed they adapted her care at short notice. We would highly recommend Care Together and are very grateful for their help in enabling Mum to stay in her own home.

Care Together is a group of amazing women who have enabled my very elderly mother with mixed dementia, to continue to live in her own home aged 95, and it is mum's most fervent wish that she can stay there for her remaining time with us. I feel confident that, if anyone can make that happen, The Pink Ladies can! They have transformed my life too as I have been able to transfer much of the load to them over the past two years. Nothing fazes them, they've 'seen/heard it all before', they are kind, warm, and genuine and they always go the extra mile. The management and leadership of this company are exemplary.

Care Together is kind and very caring to my mother and me. When my mother got ill they were able to provide extra care at short notice which gave me such peace of mind as I was out of the country. My mother thinks of them as her friends rather than carers. They are efficient and always turn up on time and communication with them is always good.

As a family, I don't know where we would have been without Care Together. As a son looking after elderly and infirm parents Care Together have been an invaluable partner enabling us to provide the care both parents have needed. Individually the carers are kindness personified, the company is professional and well-led. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
