Mum started needing help at home a couple of years ago and we initially asked Halo Homecare to assist with a weekly visit for housework and to check on mum, take her to appointments or the shops or just have a chat. As Mum's dementia worsened we increased to daily and then twice daily visits. Halo carers did everything from giving medication and changing bed linen to bathing, laundry and shopping. Whenever we asked to increase or change her care, Halo did their utmost to meet those requests. All the carers we met were punctual and professional but most importantly, kind and considerate. We increasingly turned to Halo for advice, particularly at moments of crisis. A few of the regular carers seemed to become part of the family. Halo did everything they could to help mum stay at home in comfort and safety for as long as possible but were honest in telling us she eventually needed residential care. We simply couldn't have managed without them.

Mum is very happy with the carers. She has not complained about any assistance given and is content that she is able to remain at home. Everything runs very smoothly and my sister and I are very happy with the care and the service offered by the management down. We can continue to be her daughters rather than carers. Would recommend them to anyone.

Agency gave me care for washing and dressing. Staff very efficient and caring. Same carer came most mornings- except for her "days off", once a week and annual leave. Reliable for time keeping, same time each day. Carer attended until my admission to hospital. Will resume using Halo Homecare when my other rehab services ceases.

Since changing care providers to Halo Homecare in September 2015 mum has been so much happier, she has a small regular team of amazing carers, mum is very fond of them all and enjoys chatting with them, showing them photos she considers them her friends. They all provide exceptional care and often go the extra mile. This has made my life so much easier by having to worry about who and when will they arrive. The service provided by the office is of a high standard- weekly rotas emailed to me every Thursday, emails immediately responded to. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.

Halo are providing my mother with excellent care. They are patiently tackling all the issues that my mother's dementia is causing. Communication with Halo is excellent. They are easy to get in touch with, will try and accommodate all our requests but also will tell us if there is something they cannot do. The carers are punctual, kind, smiling and have never let us down. They are marvellous!

2 carers from Halo assist me with my shower every week. This is carried out at the stay-well centre. They are very friendly, helpful and considerate and look after me very well. I have no complaints at all.

My mother had multiple health issues including double incontinence and dementia. The carers visited 3 times a day for about 20 months. The standard of care and compassion was exemplary. Most importantly they communicated well with the other agencies involved and myself. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Halo provided an excellent service for my mother over the past couple of years until her death in April of this year. The office and administrative service/back up was superb. The carers never missed an appointment and would always call if they were running a little late. Their staff showed commitment and dedication and they carried out their duties in an efficient manner but always with warmth and kindness.
