Eclipse HomeCare (Worcester, Malvern, Kidderminster & Bromsgrove) Reviews (30)
Over all time Eclipse HomeCare (Worcester, Malvern, Kidderminster & Bromsgrove) has 30 reviews.
My experience is that carers are friendly, helpful, cheerful and encouraging. Where the system falls down is when carers come too late, or once or twice when not required. A staff member did turn up unannounced, with no previous introduction and had no telephone number us this has all other information.
The service Eclipse is providing is excellent. I wanted Eclipse to look after my partner as well but unfortunately he recently passed away.
The carers are good at their job and look after my mothers needs. They wash and clean her every day in the morning and treat her with dignity. She is treated like a human being, her son is also a carer which gives me time to myself to do my own jobs.
The service that I am provided with enables me to live in my own home. I am very pleased with this as I can remain independent and also safe. The care givers help me with my personal care and my bath (on a Sunday) without them I would not be able to do this. They also make my breakfast and drinks. I would be lost without them, they are marvellous.
I live with my brother and sometimes suffer with depression and having carers help me live independently. I look forward to then coming everyday as I see them as my friends and would be lost without them.
I have been very satisfied with the care my husband has received which allows me to leave the house and enjoy activities on two mornings each week knowing that he is safe and happy. The work carried out by the carers is excellent and saves me having to carry out domestic tests when I return home.
Gets on very well with his normal carers and looks forward to seeing them. "His face lights up".
Overall, excellent.
I am very happy with the help they are giving my father.
Very helpful, very few problems with timing of calls. Carers polite, always willing to helping, making sure all is well when they leave.
