All carers excellent- but have to say a few go far beyond the call of duty.
My mum has always received a fabulous standard of care from Haslemere Care Agency. Her carers are like friends. She has always been treated with dignity and respect.
Carers always ask if there is anything else they can do for me before they go.
On the whole very pleased with the care from the agency. Pleasant people.
We have a main carer who is superb, on occasion if she is not available we have a different carer and they are good as well.
My husband has two main carers who are fantastic, they make him very happy, we would like them everyday!
All carers very nice.
All staff of a very high standard which reflects on the management who picks them. Very pleased.
I'm very happy with the care agency. I cannot fault any of them, they are very kind and gentle with my son-in-law. They always ask if there is anything else they can do before they leave. I am very satisfied, I would recommend the service to anyone, I don't know how I would manage without them.
My mother is pleased with the level of care provided by a range of staff. Carers are generally punctual. They show respect and a caring attitude and are cheerful and communicative. This has resulted in a pleasant and positive atmosphere.
Pleasing is that if we need to discuss any issue the manager is always available for a personal meeting. She is willing to take suggestions on board and communicate any changes to her team. In addition she keeps us updated via email as we live abroad, but visit on a regular basis.
On several occasions both management and staff have been supportive towards my father despite the fact he is not the person receiving the care.
All the girls provide excellent care and are very respectful of myself and my home – they all provide stimulating conversation and are always conscientious about making sure I am happy with my care. They are always very prompt and complete all tasks required including domestic chores. All the carers are always dressed smartly and treat me like a human being. If I had to sum up my care in one word, it would be SAFE! They make the bad days good and the good days even better!
I am very satisfied with the service and care that I receive and benefit greatly with having a regular Carer in the morning.
Carers are generally prompt, polite, caring and professional.
Also the administration and management work well and resolve any problems promptly and efficiently.
We have no complaints whatsoever! We are very happy with everything, the care is excellent. Very happy to be with Haslemere Homecare.
We have always found senior management friendly, helpful and willing to listen. The administration appears to run efficiently and we have never been in the position where 'no one turns up' without prior notification. Given the demands placed upon carers and the challenges for firms to meet growing demand, we are very pleased that we have continuity in our particular carer, as relationships and the ability to build trust and understanding between carer and client is an important factor for us. The responses to the questions below relate to our particular carer.
This agency has provided me with the very highest quality care and support over a five year period. And, through a difficult illness. Their carers are well trained and extremely good at their job. I have had very good support which has taken into account exactly what I need and shown flexibility.
Very happy with the care package and all carers that provide care at each visit. We have a main carer who is excellent and a very good bed maker.
The member of staff in charge of my mum's care was always exceptionally helpful and polite, she went out of her way on occasion to assist my mum when she came out of hospital and was always very understanding when we were altering appointment times. The staff accompanied my mum to doctors appointments and kept us informed and even took her on occasion when they were concerned she had fallen to get her checked out. My mum was quite fond of a number of the regular carers and enjoyed their company. Although the rotation of staff was sometimes more than we'd of liked everyone of the carers I met was friendly, polite and caring towards my mum. We were easily able to add in visits for various things such as appointments or just for companionship. Living a long distance away the support of the staff was invaluable in helping my mum to stay in her own home and then sheltered accommodation for as long as possible, before she had to move as she was not able to live alone any more.
