I need care 4 times a day if I am to stay at home. I tried a lot of companies because I live in a small village with poor roads and transport. Then I struck gold! Radfield Home Care (Stafford & Stone). The management office listens to any reports I have and will make alterations I need at short notice and they come out themselves so they know the clients and their needs and discuss any changes I think might improve the service. They are trying their best to ensure I have the same carers. My carers are excellent. They put the care into caring, don't hurry me whilst encouraging me to do what I can for myself. They keep a close eye noticing any medical problems and helping me contact the relevant services and follow their advice. Before they go, they always make sure I feel safe.
How likely would you be to recommend Radfield Home Care (Stafford & Stone)? Extremely Likely
