Hello, I’m Natalie, I joined Home Instead in 2020. I have worked in the care sector throughout my career and am passionate about working with and improving the lives of others. I took maternity leave in 2022 and returned to work in the role of Finance Officer and Compliance Coordinator. I assist our director; Luisa with the financial aspects of the business as well as auditing, to ensure we are maintaining the highest possible standards.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and 2 cats.

I joined Home Instead as the Recruitment Coordinator in March 2021, during the midst of the third Covid lockdown. I have found my most recent qualifications in HR have assisted greatly with the role so far.

My partner and I have a motorhome, so during normal circumstances, we’re normally away most weekends. If we’re not away and the weather is nice I spend a huge amount of time in the garden, gardening. I have a large family & love to spend time with my Nan who is one of my favourite people, this is what inspired me to work for a company like Home Instead & it is so amazing to be part of something much bigger than me & to make a difference to someone’s life.

Working for Home Instead has been extremely refreshing. Working for a business that values its employees as much as they care for their clients is just amazing!

Hello, my name is Chrissy. My role as Live-in Care Manager means I oversee the smooth operations of Live-in Care at Home Instead.

I enjoy being part of the Weston Super Mare team and am proud to work together to provide excellent support to individuals in our community.

My name is Ami. I enjoy building connections with both the clients and the care pros to ensure that the Clients are receiving the exact care they want and that the care pros feel confident with the care they are delivering.

Hi, I'm Nikki. I joined the Home Instead team back in 2016. I really enjoy working for Home Instead WSM, every day is interesting and I am pleased to be involved somewhere that has such great company values, and an excellent reputation.

My role includes organising fundraising events, integrating us with the local community, keeping our social media accounts up to date and producing job adverts and client care marketing materials.

Previously, I have worked as a Senior Care Assistant in a high-dependency nursing home for 5 years, and more recently a QCF Diploma Assessor for Health & Social Care students. I live locally in Weston. Hobbies include cuddling my cat, anything creative, home improvements, gardening and outdoor activities.

Hi, my name is Heidi. I joined Home Instead WSM as a Care Professional and have recently been given the opportunity to progress my role to Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders carry out service reviews and Q&As with our clients, update care plans, hold supervision and support visits for our Care Professionals and they take part in our emergency out-of-hours service as well.

My name is Sam and I’m a Team Leader.

I was born and raised on the Isle of Wight with my sister and twin brother. When I left school, I took up a 3 year course at college for landscape gardening which I really enjoyed doing and being outdoors. Then I worked for 2 Harvester restaurants as part of the management team in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. I moved back to the Isle of Wight and that's when I came across care, I worked for 2 care companies, but I had to stop after my motorbike accident back in 2015. When I was able to go back to work, I moved back to Hertfordshire and started to work for Home Instead in Hemel Hempstead as a care coordinator.

I then moved to Sampford Courtenay and lived there for 4 years, but I also worked for the Tavistock Home Instead office where I was the On Call Manager and Scheduler for 3 & a half years.

Care is a job that I enjoy doing to help and support anyone who needs people like us and find the job very rewarding. I speak to our clients and Care Professionals every day, asking how their day has been and lots more, it is so lovely to hear stories from clients and what they enjoy doing.

The training and support that I got from Home Instead over the 6 years have been amazing, they are always willing to go that extra mile no matter what and working with the office team and care professionals have also been really supportive.

Home Instead is just one big happy family…
