Mum wanted to remain at home whilst I was going on holiday. She felt secure and cared for by the staff and I felt confident to go away, knowing her needs would be met by the professional and caring team.

Sadly mum deteriorated and the team arranged for her transfer to hospital, notified extended family and stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. Unfortunately mum passed away. But the agency continues to extend their care and support to me and our family. We will be eternally grateful for their love and care.

I came across Elite just in time. As they started to look after my dad, he started to go downhill very quickly. It was as if they'd known him for a long time. Every single carer was just that - 'caring'. They were so gentle and understanding. They never rushed and couldn't do enough to help. What a massive difference they made to his last weeks for which I will be forever grateful. Another point is that they all like their jobs and the company they work for, they clearly felt looked after. Even after dad died they showed such concern, compassion and respect.

Mum has been fairly settled since starting with Elite Care Services (UK) Ltd. Although she does complain of having to keep reminding the carers how she likes things. Also, the only main difficulty is that the carers according to my mum (who can be difficult a lot of the time) is that the carers, on entering mums flat and commenting on how tired they are which she takes that they are not really wanting to do tasks for her. She could be taking things out of context and I am aware of that but would perhaps hope that these comments could reduce to stop her making such a big issue of things. This isn't a complaint about the care received.

Very professional service with extremely caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble even when I have changed the contracted service and times. Very flexible which is paramount when dealing with vulnerable older people.

Elite Care have provided a very professional but caring service to my 87 year old mother who is battling with dementia. They are reliable, efficient, safety conscious, caring, trustworthy and innovative all at the same time. My sister and I would be unable to carry the caring load without the considerable input that Elite Care give. They have offered us a very personal service getting involved with suggestions and changes when things have deteriorated. My mum has some challenging problems and Elite have dealt with them amazingly - taking it all in their stride. I cannot recommend them enough.
