Prompt Health Care provides care and support to adults and children who wish to continue to live in their own homes or supported accommodation.

Their carers will offer services designed to meet the needs of people who require various personal care and support in their daily living. Prompt Health Care will also provide care and support to service users who live: At Home; Supported; Semi Independent or in Independent accommodation.

Within 24hrs of receiving a referral, professionals are able to carry out an assessment and set up a support plan. They operate an on call service and can be contacted after office hours.

Prompt Healthcare offer Service Users the best services and to their Carers; flexibility, ongoing support and Training. All of the Carers are trained above the minimum standards to include NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care.

All Carers are DBS (formerly CRB) checked and have satisfactory references.

The service is regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC).

All the staff that cared for my Mum over a period of 3 years were Excellent. Very caring towards her and in Mums words, they are not only carers but also my friends. Unfortunately Mum passed away in July, but the care she received in her final days was amazing. She was treated with kindness and care
and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prompt healthcare to anyone needing care for their loved one.

The care staff are mostly excellent. I didn't feel that I could mark them as such because there are one or two staff that aren't as good. I have little contact with the office staff and management, so I am unable to give feedback. I would appreciate it if I had a weekly rota, so that I know in advance
who is coming.

Excellent service provider. Friendly, helpful carers and the office are excellent as well. The carers are excellent with my mother and she really enjoys their company when they on duty at her house. The whole team at Prompt Healthcare are professional and supportive.

I needed waking night care for my nan at short notice. Care Manager was excellent. When I first called I was stressed and I had to then take another call. The care manager rang me back and was able to confirm availability for care and organised to visit to my nan that afternoon. She then arranged for
an excellent carer to help my nan go to the toilet multiple times in the night and also arranged the same carer for the following night. The carer was very nice, experienced and excellent! I was kept informed of updates via text and able to call the number to speak about any further care I needed. Overall Prompt Healthcare was amazing and I cannot thank the care managers and carer enough. Thank you!

Prompt provide care for all my personal hygiene, meals, housekeeping needs and access to the community.
In my 7yrs+ with them, I can confirm the care staff are all lovely, friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable women. I quickly felt like I had good friends coming to attend my needs, rather than paid
care staff, as Prompt Healthcare carers are genuinely decent people, who're interested in the wellbeing of their clients, form wonderful interpersonal connections and take pride in their work. 
I've always felt safe and comfortable with them, I can depend on them through my good days and bad. My regular carers swiftly learned to recognise signs of flare-ups, or a migraine starting and do everything possible to support me without exacerbating it. When I've had emergencies, the office and care staff acted on my behalf, going above and beyond, to ensure my well-being and safety.  
They're even wonderful with my elderly cat!
Prompt Healthcare Staffing is the very best care company I've experienced!

Over the festive holidays Prompt Healthcare were attentive to my brother who has been in their care for some time now. Where I've recently moved to Manchester it hasn't been easy for me to be there, especially on this occasion.
The carers were kind and had made him Christmas Dinner. They even went
as far as to setup a FaceTime call as he isn't the greatest with technology.
Really appreciate the effort that everyone at Prompt put in during this period. Thanks again!

I love coming to office, meeting new people. They understand me, they are nice to me, they understand my needs the carers are really nice to me. They know when tell me they are coming round. When I get a new carer, the office tells the carer my likes and dislikes and so they know how to relate with
me. They support me to be independent as they know I like doing my own stuff.

All carers genuinely care for my friend. They are incredibly patient - he has Parkinsons Dementia and other health issues and is prone to the use of bad language., and moods, which they look to get him to move on from. They're cheerful, and bearing in mind what is involved (incontinence), I can do no

The care my father receives is excellent. The carers are gentle and compassionate and cope with his dementia and confusion with patience and respect. They wash and dress him, help him shave and help him find anything he's lost between visits. Couldn't wish for better care. Thank you.

The standard of care was very poor. The carer showed no warmth or compassion towards my mum. The carer cross-contaminated with wearing her coat, etc. whilst carrying out personal care on my mum and then making her a hot drink with the latex gloves on that she used for personal care. My mum had paid
for a period of time but this was never met by the carer and on one occasion was in the home for 3 minutes only! My mum had paid for 30 minutes! There was no warm welcome by the carer when entering the home. The service my mum received was unacceptable and prompt, would never be recommended to any person who wishes to have care within the home.
