Generally carers are helpful and friendly. Office staff respond very quickly. Prompt is flexible if things need changing. Carers need to be more observant - check food dates, check open packages, report issues, look out for things rather than saying 'it has run out' (i.e. toilet paper). Carers need domestic appliances training. Overall good. Mum enjoys seeing staff.

I've been with Prompt Health Care since October 29th 22, since they care round. They made a big difference to me, it's helped my granddaughter to show me, or washing me, giving me medication and drinks sometimes. I've had some carers I couldn't understand, but it's probably cause my hearing isn't very good, but she helped me if I've not felt well, which was comforting and made me laugh, so thanks to all who have made a difference to my life. Love you all.

All the staff that cared for my Mum over a period of 3 years were Excellent. Very caring towards her and in Mums words, they are not only carers but also my friends. Unfortunately Mum passed away in July, but the care she received in her final days was amazing. She was treated with kindness and care and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prompt healthcare to anyone needing care for their loved one.

Friendly and helpful staff, always happy. Very respectful, always pull the curtains before changing my wife. Good at explaining what they are doing for my wife.

The care staff are mostly excellent. I didn't feel that I could mark them as such because there are one or two staff that aren't as good. I have little contact with the office staff and management, so I am unable to give feedback. I would appreciate it if I had a weekly rota, so that I know in advance who is coming.

I needed waking night care for my nan at short notice. Care Manager was excellent. When I first called I was stressed and I had to then take another call. The care manager rang me back and was able to confirm availability for care and organised to visit to my nan that afternoon. She then arranged for an excellent carer to help my nan go to the toilet multiple times in the night and also arranged the same carer for the following night. The carer was very nice, experienced and excellent! I was kept informed of updates via text and able to call the number to speak about any further care I needed. Overall Prompt Healthcare was amazing and I cannot thank the care managers and carer enough. Thank you!

Prompt are amazing willing to go above and beyond for their clients office staff are also amazing they always try to accommodate wherever possible they are worth their weight in gold couldn't do without them

I like the people that come to help me, especially my regular person. Also they're very helpful and very polite main things. Main thing is I like punctuality. I'm a very punctual person myself so I think punctuality is very important in in in this kind of company where it should be manners which also comes into it which I think should be brought and said about madness when I I think everyone that comes to me have well-mannered people and I'm pleased with it and that's all I got to say

Prompt providers very good care to my mother. All the staff are great and deliver an outstanding service.

All the staff really care when dealing with my father and we have had no problems or concerns at all. They always make him feel comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. He really looks forward to their visits.

I love coming to office, meeting new people. They understand me, they are nice to me, they understand my needs the carers are really nice to me. They know when tell me they are coming round. When I get a new carer, the office tells the carer my likes and dislikes and so they know how to relate with me. They support me to be independent as they know I like doing my own stuff.

All carers genuinely care for my friend. They are incredibly patient - he has Parkinsons Dementia and other health issues and is prone to the use of bad language., and moods, which they look to get him to move on from. They're cheerful, and bearing in mind what is involved (incontinence), I can do no more than express my thanks and admiration to the team, for their patience and professionalism, and would happily recommend the company.

The care my father receives is excellent. The carers are gentle and compassionate and cope with his dementia and confusion with patience and respect. They wash and dress him, help him shave and help him find anything he's lost between visits. Couldn't wish for better care. Thank you.

I have care three times a day 7 days a week all I can say is a excellent service has been provided by all staff

The standard of care was very poor. The carer showed no warmth or compassion towards my mum. The carer cross-contaminated with wearing her coat, etc. whilst carrying out personal care on my mum and then making her a hot drink with the latex gloves on that she used for personal care. My mum had paid for a period of time but this was never met by the carer and on one occasion was in the home for 3 minutes only! My mum had paid for 30 minutes! There was no warm welcome by the carer when entering the home. The service my mum received was unacceptable and prompt, would never be recommended to any person who wishes to have care within the home.
