Excellent care for my elderly mother enabling her to stay at home. The carers are reliable and deliver a very good service. The company is responsive to our needs and flexible too which is very useful.

We started using Caremark after contacting a lady, who lived locally. I had a stroke 8 years ago but in recent years I had been able to get about short distances in the house using a quadruped but a fall in the kitchen in July meant that a wheelchair was needed upstairs and downstairs to supplement the existing chairlift. We are contracted with Caremark for 3 hours on Monday and Thursday mornings. My wife walks our dog twice a day and I have to be accompanied to the commode twice a day. The Caremark presence gives her a little more freedom. Now we have asked if the present carer could be allocated to us when possible. Until recently the carers changed frequently and each time we needed to tell them what to do. We are very impressed with the present carer. My wife needs to have a knee replacement shortly and we have asked him if he could stay overnight when the operation takes place.
