Mum has support twice daily for medication prompt and this seems to work well. Mum is very happy with her carers and prefers the new times of 9am and 6pm.

We have generally been very happy and pleased with the service and care given by SureCare. They were very able to put my father at ease and to attend to his needs with dignity. The carers have always been very willing to do extra house chores (light) if asked. We have always found the office staff to be available and helpful whenever we have had need to contact them. We used SureCare for my mother who was let down by them very badly. They cancelled her care without even informing either me or my mother and left it to the social worker to break the news. I dread to think what would have happened if my mum had been left to deal with this alone. They ignored my email requesting an explanation. If you are looking for some reassurance that this company actually care for your loved ones, I would go elsewhere, as they simply don’t.

Nice girls but some can't cook. I have to tell them every little thing. Done very slow. Management get mixed up which carers to come, but all very willing. Some need more training.
The carer who came in was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very helpful in every way.
