Care is provided by fully qualified and trained staff members who are dedicated to providing an effective and friendly service. They receive ongoing training to ensure their approach always reflects best practice and they can provide good quality customer service.

The care available includes personal care, domestic help, live-in care, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, respite care, reablement services, Parkinson’s care, end of life care, and care for people with physical or learning disabilities.

HMS Care first assessed my wife in April. The care team first started later that month, until her death in early May. The care delivered was excellent in all respects - timing, professional, cheerful, informative and above all, with humanity when bathing, changing and dressing the patient. The night "sitters" also did a magnificent job allowing the family to rest and sleep. A wonderful team.

HMS Care Have transformed my life. We have two carers each morning to get my mother out of bed, showered, dressed and breakfast, also for ad-hoc visits when I'm working. My mother has dementia and very limited mobility. Our carers are kind, patient, efficient and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough.
