The company has a presence in all of these local authority areas which makes it part of the local health and care system. I couldn't have continued caring for my parents at home without the help of the carers. Their wish was to remain at home & with the dedication & kindness of the team my Dad was able to pass at home last year in the room he was born in 93 years ago & my mother continues to be cared for at home, as is
her wish. Thank you to you all, you maybe don't realise how much I appreciate your support.

I've been asked to review your service for my parents.


The staff l've met seem to be polite and engaging towards my parents, and the care of their needs.


Changing the time for the morning visit was frustrating, because it's as though it wasn't taken serious enough. It was only when the NHS lady

phoned about my mam's care package it ended up getting changed.


Overall the service seems good, and my parents seem chilled to have the carers around.

I've been having carers for almost 4 years now and the care provided is above and beyond. Very friendly and kind. Treats you with respect and dignity. It's like having a friend pop in to make sure you're OK. I feel safe and my children also feel safe and like all the carers too.

The carer is fantastic. She has built a really good bond with my son. She has learnt how he communicates, and knows his wants and needs. My son has built a bond strong enough for him to be able to trust his carer with all his care needs, even allowing her to bath him.

I have been there on few occasions when carers attended my mams all appear very professional friendly and kind. My mam seems happy with everyone who has attended the property. All are very prompt and the notes are kept as true to form.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for my daughter's carer she always arrives on time she's, always happy and cheerful. I feel confident leaving my daughter in her care. I'm very grateful for the last overnight care she provided, she covered this call on her own and managed it although I think it was
wrong of the company to not have shared the call between two carers.

My son goes to a day centre and has a one to one , he has a couple of staff from SNE, they are both friendly, helpful and efficient and most of all he has built up a lovely relationship with them, and each day he attends he looks forward to seeing them

We have had quite a number of SNE Carers over almost 2 years, and all have been very respectful, polite, and treated my husband and me with dignity and warm friendship. This is in addition of course to the excellent care and attention they give my husband, the main cluent. My husband and I enjoy their
company, and I feel confident that my husband is in good hands on the occasions when a Carer sits with him when I have free-time. Also, the office staff are always very helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending SNE and their staff.

I would just like to recommend SNE the staff who visit my Dad are so patient and caring with him.

Dad is very happy with his carers. They are very respectful and kind and caring and he enjoys their company. They help encourage him to eat even when he doesn't feel like eating and explain how important it is to eat more often.

Our contact begins with office staff who are always friendly and do all they can to accommodate any changes to our call times that we require, we are contacted often both by phone and in person to check everything is well.
Carers are polite and normally on time. They care for my husband with respect
and diligence and often make him smile and laugh. They always take time to speak to me about my husband, if they notice anything but they also speak to me as a person which is brilliant.
Over the last 15 years, we have used other care companies but we can honestly say that since we started to use SNE approximately 9 months ago we have had no problems and that they are definitely the best we have used.

I can only select one month to review so I have selected August. Your staff are required to go into a work placement 2 days a week with my disabled son and be his carer for the day helping in all tasks and personal care. Reports back are good and my son is happy to go in with your staff. Outside of
August, I have had two all-day cancellations and although if you do not have the appropriately trained staff then that is the most sensible option, it does however highlight that you need more staff trained in supporting my son which I was told by the office that you would do.
