We value and celebrate diversity within our company, and it's important to clarify that not all staff members from different ethnic backgrounds are agency staff. Your relative received care from a consistently assigned team. I want to reiterate that our care staff, like any professionals, have limitations, and it's not feasible for them to work seven days a week due to physical constraints and the need for adequate rest. I would like to refer you back to our previous conversations and meetings where we discussed the working schedules and the considerations for balanced work. Over the past nearly five months, there have been invoices that regrettably remained unresolved. Throughout this period, we have extended support by covering the expenses related to your relative's care. Disappointing.
