I have been increasingly impressed with the service from My Homecare for my mother, who has vascular dementia and lives alone. I think the staff are hard working and caring and both Mum's carer and the Care Manager have been very reliable and helpful. The carer kept me well informed although there were
occasions where her communication was a bit confusing. The Manager has kept me well informed throughout and Mum's needs have been well catered for.

My father-in-law's carer is very good, trustworthy and easy to talk to and friendly. If you say something to him to do he will listen to us. All carer team is good, always call to come to visit him to know about how he is doing.

I want to say how pleased we are with this care agency and the carers in setting up help for an elderly lady who is very used to being independent. In no time at all, the carers built a strong bond, and our friend's life has improved beyond measure with daily conversation and walks. I receive regular
updates from the agency, and we have worked together to evolve the cover of care in a very flexible way. I have found that nothing is too much trouble and that the carers go above and beyond. I wish my father had had the same quality of care when he was alive.

The carers and very caring and understanding. They always come on time and they send the same carer and not new carers every time and as a result, my mum is feeling very comfortable. This is a relief as we had bad experiences with other providers. My mum is very happy thanks to your providing system,
we are also thankful to management as there are very understanding and listen well which makes us feel heard. Thank you.

I have tried many care agencies outside the borough, but nothing like ‘My Homecare’. Their choice of outstanding carers and very helpful management. When a situation occurs, which is very unlikely, the agent will resolve it in no time.

My friend has had carers now more than four months. I am very happy and impressed with carers from My Homecare Kingston. Communication with the manager is very easy and accessible. They were so supportive. They are providing all the information that they could. My Homecare Kingston has been extremely
supportive, respectful, understanding and efficient. They helped with showering, preparing meals, and shopping for her. The carers totally trustworthy, caring and reliable and never miss a planned visit. The team at My Homecare Kingston is excellent and goes the extra mile for my friend. I would certainly not have any hesitation to recommend their service to others.

Whenever I have my husband with his carers I am usually confident they will have a friendly and enjoyable time together. We always have the same carer which I think is very important. Although my husband's Alzheimer's means a severely affected memory, he does seem to realise there is some familiarity
about him. I couldn't have found a nicer friendlier person to leave my husband with. Whenever I contact My Homecare, Kingston they are so kind and caring.

My mum has dementia, has been living with us, and has a strong dislike of showers. My Homecare Kingston helped us with giving her a shower every week. The carer was always on time, friendly, patient, sometimes under trying circumstances, and really helped us. The manager was also regularly in touch
to check that everything was ok. Very happy with My Homecare Kingston.

I live with a very rare illness. I am a disabled person. Since I have carers from My Homecare Kingston, they are very reliable and I can trust them. They are coming to assist my two young children who need showering, hair wash, and preparing packed lunches and meals. My Homecare Kingston carers are
excellent and I can't praise them enough, and I feel so blessed and lucky to have found My Homecare Kingston.

My experience with My Homecare Kingston has been amazing. My Homecare attended my calls from the first day following moving down from Hounslow Borough Council to Kingston Upon Thames Borough Council. They provided the same carers always. The carers were so kind, caring and exceptional, as was the management.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their loved ones and family. Their communication was outstanding and the management team ensure that I am kept informed. Thank you!

My sister needed 24-hour care, during the period, they have been professional, proactive and competent in every aspect of the care they've provided for my sister. I've been very impressed with the support given by the registered manager who is very experienced qualified nurse and her experienced team.
They have updated me every time from the beginning.
All their staff were so kind, bubbly and clinically knowledgeable, supportive and extremely competent until that my sister was transferred to another region. My experience with My Homecare Kingston and the team has been really supportive to ensure my sister must have appripriate care and support. I highly recommend My Homecare Kingston.

Before joining My Homecare Kingston in 2019, I dedicated myself to helping those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.


My current focus is on supporting older people in the community, aiming to contribute to a positive change in the delivery of care. My ultimate goal is to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, allowing them to maintain independence in their own homes for as long as possible.


I am deeply committed to the continuous training and development of our Care Professionals, empowering them to deliver the best service possible. At My Homecare Kingston, we share a common belief: the care provided should be of the standard we would want for our own loved ones.

During the lockdown, I felt a strong desire to make a positive impact, and that's when a friend introduced me to My Homecare Kingston. Joining this amazing and supportive team exceeded my expectations, and working as a Care Professional has been incredibly rewarding.


Currently enrolled in a level 3 course, I am eager to progress to the role of Support Coordinator. While I still enjoy going out and visiting my clients, I have also gained insight into the additional work and commitment involved in ensuring our clients and Care Professionals always have the best possible experience.
