My carers are excellent. Thank you.
Dear Dorothy, thank you very much for your kind words. Your encouragement motivates us to continue providing the best comfort and assistance possible. We truly appreciate your good feedback.
My carers are very good and always do excellent work, including everything I ask them to do for me.
My experience has been excellent, please keep up the good job.
The lady manager is very nice.
Dear Alan, many thanks for sharing your experiences from My Homecare Kingston. My sincere appreciation!
Have been very pleased with this service. She is a happy person who cheers me up. Lovely to get help and assistance in the house and it is a big help in my daily chores. I would say that she helps me a great deal in my daily chores. I look forward to seeing her especially as I am partially blind.
Many thanks, I really appreciate your lovely comments.
The carers will come if we need them. They have been good to me and Mum. They are excellent. Thank you My Homecare Kingston.
Thank you so much, Kim, for your kind review! We are delighted to hear that you are satisfied with our services and having a great experience with us.
My Homecare Kingston have supported me for several weeks now following a discharge from the hospital. The people who care for me are very hardworking and pleasant. They have offered suggestions to make my recovery more comfortable. They also assisted me urgently when my catheter broke. The organisation is pleasant too.
We will share your comments with our team.
I have been increasingly impressed with the service from My Homecare for my mother, who has vascular dementia and lives alone. I think the staff are hard working and caring and both Mum's carer and the Care Manager have been very reliable and helpful. The carer kept me well informed although there were occasions where her communication was a bit confusing. The Manager has kept me well informed throughout and Mum's needs have been well catered for.
My father-in-law's carer is very good, trustworthy and easy to talk to and friendly. If you say something to him to do he will listen to us. All carer team is good, always call to come to visit him to know about how he is doing.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your kind feedback.
Regarding the carers, they are very polite and they are willing and happy to oblige. They are so good, thank you. They do whatever I ask. Thank you My Homecare, Kingston.
I want to say how pleased we are with this care agency and the carers in setting up help for an elderly lady who is very used to being independent. In no time at all, the carers built a strong bond, and our friend's life has improved beyond measure with daily conversation and walks. I receive regular updates from the agency, and we have worked together to evolve the cover of care in a very flexible way. I have found that nothing is too much trouble and that the carers go above and beyond. I wish my father had had the same quality of care when he was alive.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We were privileged to be able to provide care for such a lovely lady! We will make sure these are passed on to our hard-working and amazing carers! I would like to let you know that this is our privilege to support people at home, and the carers from My...
The carers and very caring and understanding. They always come on time and they send the same carer and not new carers every time and as a result, my mum is feeling very comfortable. This is a relief as we had bad experiences with other providers. My mum is very happy thanks to your providing system, we are also thankful to management as there are very understanding and listen well which makes us feel heard. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your comments. "This made our day". I am glad to hear that you have had such a great experience working with the carers at My Homecare Kingston. If there's ever anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to let us know!
My care is fine, I am helped by all.
My carers are looking after me very very well. They do the cooking and shopping for me. They are part of my life and the carers have been helping me for more than 1 year. The manager is excellent, checking on me every time to see if I am ok. Many thanks.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you ever so much.
The young lady who looks after me could not be better. She suits me down to the ground.
I have tried many care agencies outside the borough, but nothing like ‘My Homecare’. Their choice of outstanding carers and very helpful management. When a situation occurs, which is very unlikely, the agent will resolve it in no time.
Thank you Lina for your review. We appreciate it very much.
My Homecare Kingston provide a good standard of carers, they are loyal, helpful, trustworthy and reliable which is comforting in the knowledge he is in safe hands.
Thank you Colin. We really appreciate your wonderful and kind words. We will continue to work hard to provide the very best care for your father.
The pre-care assessment of my husband was carried out with sensitivity, competence and thoroughness. The carers have, without exception, reached a high standard and have quickly established a good and friendly relationship with us both. An excellent care provider.
My friend has had carers now more than four months. I am very happy and impressed with carers from My Homecare Kingston. Communication with the manager is very easy and accessible. They were so supportive. They are providing all the information that they could. My Homecare Kingston has been extremely supportive, respectful, understanding and efficient. They helped with showering, preparing meals, and shopping for her. The carers totally trustworthy, caring and reliable and never miss a planned visit. The team at My Homecare Kingston is excellent and goes the extra mile for my friend. I would certainly not have any hesitation to recommend their service to others.

I grew up in a church vicarage and studied at a Theological Seminary, shaping my life around church work. My passion lies in assisting elderly and vulnerable individuals in the community. Before joining My Homecare Kingston in 2019, I dedicated myself to helping those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
My current focus is on supporting older people in the community, aiming to contribute to a positive change in the delivery of care. My ultimate goal is to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, allowing them to maintain independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
I am deeply committed to the continuous training and development of our Care Professionals, empowering them to deliver the best service possible. At My Homecare Kingston, we share a common belief: the care provided should be of the standard we would want for our own loved ones.
In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I joined My Homecare Kingston as a Care Professional. Having spent over 12 years as an educational training coordinator in the RBK council, a redundancy became the catalyst for pursuing a more fulfilling career, and my interest in caring led me to this decision.
During the lockdown, I felt a strong desire to make a positive impact, and that's when a friend introduced me to My Homecare Kingston. Joining this amazing and supportive team exceeded my expectations, and working as a Care Professional has been incredibly rewarding.
Currently enrolled in a level 3 course, I am eager to progress to the role of Support Coordinator. While I still enjoy going out and visiting my clients, I have also gained insight into the additional work and commitment involved in ensuring our clients and Care Professionals always have the best possible experience.
I'm (Drilona Vrapi), and I've been happily working at MyHomecare Kingston since 2022. After studying Biology and Business Management, I gained experience as a senior carer and team leader, learning how to take care of people. Ongoing healthcare training ensures our team provides the best care.
My main role at MyHomecare Kingston is to ensure excellent care by collaborating well with our team. I have a genuine passion for helping people achieve their well-being goals, and I want our care to exceed the basics. I aim for a comprehensive approach that considers physical, emotional, and social well-being.
As Field Care Supervisor at MyHomecare Kingston, I apply my knowledge from studies and past roles to lead a team that not only provides excellent care but also contributes to the overall well-being improvement of those we care for.
Angela has worked in a range of different settings within health and social care over the years.
