When my mum got ill and needed a bit of extra care the company sorted it straight away. The carers were lovely and helpful and kept us informed of any problems Mum was having due to her eating etc. Could not have asked for more.

Five Star Home Care has been supporting my mum for over a year. The service they provide has been excellent, I know my mum is safe and cared for by the team. Always available to answer any questions and they will phone for a review to see if I'm happy with the services.

Without Five Star Homecare I wouldn't have been able to go on holiday last year, most of the staff give 100% and Mum does have her favourites. The care Mum gets is very good they are very caring and professional, I do hope this can continue. Many thanks to everyone concerned.

The staff and service felt very personally led and brilliant attitude to my mother's needs not just home assistance but family orientated. Whenever we needed extra help or any sort of service it was never questioned it was delivered with excellent results, a professional attitude and a smile. So my
mother felt looked after and cared for by people who care. An excellent service provider and all-around lovely group of people, very appreciated by my family.

They've always accommodated..me whenever I need anything doing,, like changing the day or changing the week and I feel I can trust whoever comes to my house and they do make it an enjoyable experience,

I have 3 carers visiting my Mum and I have met them all and all are lovely and help my mum along during sometimes long and lonely days and this helps knowing someone is calling. Painting her nails, and doing her physio exercises. Also helping me doing vacuum, washing up, the bibs etc.

Every person I have dealt with personally and all Mum's carers have been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, cannot recommend them highly enough. Also, if you have any questions out of office hours someone is available to take your call.

As the name says, five star care. Exceptional quality of care from the start of Mum's care package. Fully confident trained staff, making the transition for Mum to accept the care she required with ease. They treat Mum with total respect and empathy which was a factor for the family. Knowing Mum is
very headstrong, they explain and maintain Mum's dignity at all times. She's still the 'boss' and makes decisions and they totally respect this. Mum treats the carers like friends and literally loves all of them. They are all very smart, professional and this in turn puts all Mum's family at ease knowing she's in great hands.
As their care plan documents all Mum's visits, we are happy in the knowledge that all is going great as we can read it at any time. Thank you Five Star.

Excellent care agency - very approachable and flexible - work with families to ensure the care package is correct. Carers go the extra mile to ensure that everything was correct - providing a full documented visit log which gave peace of mind - could not fault it.
