A very efficient and friendly service
Always help with everything and really good with my mum.
Arrive most days on time and help my mum with other things apart from making her lunch.

My mum was very ill in July and the care staff were very kind to me and mum calling in during the day to see if I was ok as I was there on my own
I have always found the care staff very pleasant and helpful
Mum loves the outing she as with the staff loves to go to garden centre for scampi n chips
The only little thing I can say is that they don't always check the fridge for food but otherwise I think they'do a great job

My lovely Mum was given care from a brilliant Team at Five Star Care, they were so kind, patient and efficient caring for Mum overnight.
They gave our family well needed support during a very difficult time.
I would recommend them to anyone needing good care for an elderly relative, they really are

The name of this company speaks for itself. They are truly 5 star. From the first meeting with the management team where a very thorough assessment was done & our requirements for Dad discussed, to the daily visits from the whole care team it has been top class! We are completely satisfied & over the
moon with the service provided. The ladies that we have welcomed into my parents home have been professional, compassionate, respectful & just lovely with all of us but especially Dad who is a very independent & proud man. We have built, very quickly, a lovely bond with all the staff & feel very at ease now during what has been a very difficult adjustment to our lives. I would highly recommend Five Star. They have fulfilled every single request we have made of them. They are superb!

Great service, from all care team members and the management team. Five star respond to all mums needs and concerns to very high standard. They will quickly cover additional visits when needed, visiting to agreed times also help mums ' day-to-day living. Thank you to all the team.

My mum used Five Star to come in every 2 weeks to clean mum's house for her. Mum would say the carer has been and everything sparkles. This helped me with caring for mum. When mum passed they even came to her funeral which was very touching wasn't expecting it. Would definitely recommend them.

Five Star have been caring for my mother for some time now, I have to admit she is not the easiest person to please, she loves the attention the carers show her, they spend time chatting with her and cater for her demanding needs, the carers and the office staff have been very helpful and flexible with
her need, nothing is a challenge to them. I would definitely recommend them. 5* all the way from me and my mother.

Shout out to the carer who went above and beyond her duties. Mum fell late at night and was unable to get back up. As a result, Mum had to visit the hospital where her carer accompanied her for the full duration when the family were unable to attend. She stayed all day with Mum, communicating updates
from the hospital staff as they occurred. She coordinated and ensured Mum was discharged and returned home safely after she was given the all-clear. Very grateful to her who is such a conscientious and committed career.

I would definitely recommend - 5 stars. They have helped me now for a fair few months and my mum is so happy with the care she receives. She always looks forward to her carer coming and she tells her what she has been up to over the week and it really helps my mum.

A reliable service which puts the client first. Approachable, friendly and caring they build trust and rapport with the service user. They also ensured, where possible, for the same carer to attend my mum in law, as she had dementia, and this helped put her at ease and get used to one person. They

Highly recommend! Five Star have been caring for my dad after he returned home following his stroke. We have found the carers providing his care to be highly skilled, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The treat him with dignity and compassion when performing all tasks. The company have gone
above and beyond in helping us navigate my dad's transition home offering advice and accommodating changes to his care plan to give him as much quality of life as possible. They have provided support to all the family easing our stress and worries at all points during this journey. When my mum got ill and needed a bit of extra care the company sorted it straight away. The carers were lovely and helpful and kept us informed of any problems Mum was having due to her eating etc. Could not have asked for more.

Without Five Star Homecare I wouldn't have been able to go on holiday last year, most of the staff give 100% and Mum does have her favourites. The care Mum gets is very good they are very caring and professional, I do hope this can continue. Many thanks to everyone concerned.
