I am really sorry that you feel this way with regard to the care that we provided. We always strive to ensure that the clients that we support are at the heart of everything that we do. Food and drinks were offered to your dad at every opportunity and food was left even if he refused. I cannot comment on the medication. Our carers always wear their uniform but if something has been spilt on their uniform they will take it off. If someone is refusing to let us give personal care then we cannot force the issue as we have to ask for consent. All concerns that we had were raised with Social Services and they were fully aware as well as your family as we did raise our concerns with you too.

My name is Nilum Ahmed, and I have dedicated 18 years to the care sector. I began my career as a carer and successfully completed my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. Over the years, I gained extensive experience working in care homes, specifically in the EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) and nursing units. After nine years of hands-on care experience, I advanced to a Senior Carer role, where I continued to expand my skills and knowledge.
Seeking further growth, I transitioned to working for a care agency, which broadened my expertise in various areas, including residential care, advanced dementia care, care homes for spinal injuries, and neurological needs. This experience deepened my understanding of specialised care and the unique requirements of each individual.
In January 2021, I took on a leadership role at AAA Healthcare Agency as a Team Leader in domiciliary care. This position allowed me to work closely with the Registered Manager while providing essential care services to the elderly within the community. It was here that I honed my leadership and management skills, ensuring that the highest quality of care was consistently delivered.
I am currently working as a Deputy Manager, where I continue to oversee and improve the quality of care in the services provided, while also mentoring and guiding staff to ensure we maintain the highest standards. Most recently, I completed my Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership in Adult Social Care, further solidifying my expertise in the field.
My passion for care is at the heart of everything I do, and I am firmly committed to ensuring that the quality of care provided is always of the highest standard.
